The pictures don't do it justice. The condo is huge and way more than what we needed. It had everything we needed, from the oversized kitchen with everything you could need to the large balcony with some of the best sunsets, sunrises, and comfortable beds, and we slept like babies after a long day of fun in the sun. The resort has everything you need, so you don't have to leave. The swim-up bar and restaurant are a must. The bonus is the underground reserved parking spot next to the elevators. If you want to explore outside the resort, there's so much to see within walking distance.We’ll be back and will hope this unit is available.Lastly, the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded quickly to everything from the booking to the little questions I had after checking in. Book this condo for your next stay, you won’t regret it.

Great three bedroom in Rocky Point

The unit is amazing but has some issues. The drapes were frayed and damaged in the master bedroom therefore didn't work properly. The furniture on the patio has seen better days as it is was also frayed and stained. The other drapes worked properly but small plastic pieces fell off when opening. Not sure what they were but we left them aside in case they were needed. We had to communicate several times over two days to get a hair dryer as advertised and towels for the queen size bedroom (there was only one). Overall the unit is beautiful just needs some TLC to make it a 5 star.

Cannot WAIT to come back!

We booked this property last minute for a quick getaway from AZ but couldn't find any friends who could come down, so ended up just my husband and myself! We had the most amazing time, cooked every night in the kitchen, played pool, hot tub, drinks on the balcony - overall a very well-done vacation space. We can't wait to plan some trips with a group of friends in this amazing getaway!

I was a weary about booking in Mexico especially because it was last minute when our original plan fell thru. Ann the property manager was very helpful, she called me back right away and answered all my questions. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely go again.

we attended a Birthday/graduation celebration with a large group and stayed in several properties, the villas were nice and a provided easier access to pool/bar/beach especially for children.. The penthouse was large and the big showers were really nice with the kiddos after beach/pool for clean up. overall the penthouse was great, some attention to detail/refurbishes would have been nice though. only one pool cue had a tip, the hot tub temps were not accurate, drapes were old and hard to deal with, with some minor fixes would be five star all the way. also sleeps eight means three in each king. which is awkward if you have four couples. A blow up mattress from friends made that issue go away but access to a roll away or a pull out couch would make it more of a true sleeps eight. Bella Sirena is a no smoking resort, not even outdoors which was a real inconvenience if you have smokers or vapers in your group. overall, the price seemed fair, the resort is nice and if you like relaxing pool side it is great, not a lot of activities or events but easy to arrange on the beach or in town.
