This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay. We were within walking distance to a couple restaurants and we could have walked to Broadway if we wanted but we opted for an Uber. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property is amazing. Very nice. Very close to everything. We went there for a concert and. We were able to walk there and back from this location to the stadium. We had a problem with a slow drain in the bathroom sink and it was taken care of right away. The garbage disposal wasn’t working. They never got it fixed but we never cooked again so we never needed it again. Would definitely recommend this place.

Unit was very clean and had what was needed for a 3 night stay. Take note it’s in an apartment building. There is a view of what looks to be a recycling facility across the river. There is a loud train that runs just down below the apartment building starting in the morning. Probably heard that three times a day. Walk to Broadway was about 10-15 minutes.

Colleen- the train is a mile away by the river and goes through twice a day. We almost never have complaints since it’s the city and there’s going to be some noise. The unit is well insulated and unless the window is open you wouldn’t hear it

Location is key! View is better at night. Felt private, cozy, and had all the amenities we required. We all agreed it was nice to be close to the action of downtown, yet in a much quieter area just to relax and decompress. Yes, there was a bit of train noise in the morning, but that was also enjoyed as city background noise. We loved the smokestack lit up at night as our beacon back “home”. Would definitely return!

The property was excellent, exactly as described and as per the pictures in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only draw back, and this is not at the listing, was the proximity to a rail line (that you couldn’t hear) but close to where the train sounded its horn daily at 7am which we definitely did hear … not conducive to a lie in, but not one that detracted from our stay… we would stay again in we return to Nashville.
