Location is key! View is better at night. Felt private, cozy, and had all the amenities we required. We all agreed it was nice to be close to the action of downtown, yet in a much quieter area just to relax and decompress. Yes, there was a bit of train noise in the morning, but that was also enjoyed as city background noise. We loved the smokestack lit up at night as our beacon back “home”. Would definitely return!

This was a perfect spot for our family when we were in town for our son’s wedding. Close to everything we needed and space for us to feel like we were at home instead of a hotel room. Nice and quiet too!

The apt. was very nice and clean with generic furnishings.It was nice to be in a comfortable climate controlled condo. Really liked my car being easily accessible and secured in a parking garage. The views from the balcony were lovely and we felt very safe. I would definitely refer others to stay here while in Nashville and it is centrally located to the downtown area. There was a listing of good restaurants and activities in a guide book as well as easy to understand directions and instructions about the accommodations. Eventhough we didn't use the stove,we did that coffee machine and it was great!!! There was also an available washer & dryer that we didn't use.Thank you Kurt for allowing us to stay in your pretty apartment. Don't believe we could have found one better.

Very nice. Very convenient location to downtown, check in was easy, owner responded quickly to questions prior to our trip and was easy to work with. Check out process was easier and more convenient than some other places we have stayed. Overall had a great experience.

Great place to stay, would definitely stay there again?

Traveled with a group of friends, so we rented a few units. All 3 were perfect, great for two couples, both rooms have full bathrooms attached. Very clean, good views, a lot do on the property. Pictures are accurate. Easy walk to Broadway. I would definitely return.
