Press the pause button on real life and get the blender going full speed. This tropical-inspired home is the perfect place to put up your feet and relax. The double master-bedroom floorplan allows for each one of your guests to relax in comfort. The home is located in Pompano Beach, which is just North of the city of Fort Lauderdale. Follow Atlantic Boulevard all the way to A1A to discover golden beaches, a splash pad for the kids, beachfront dining experiences, and divine fishing off the Atlantic Boulevard pier.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

MINIMUM AGE
Must be 21 years or older to book **(Guests with reservations containing dates in the month of March MUST be 25 years of age or older to book. NO exceptions). Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based off these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Guests must submit an official picture ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.

GARBAGE
Guests are responsible for adhering to city-enforced garbage routines, including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to and from the curb during their stay.

NOISE ORDINANCE
It is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE
This is a private home, and furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.

PARKING:
Maximum number of vehicles (4), there is absolutely NO parking on the lawn or on the street or the city will issue a ticket to the owner of the car.

PET POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted on premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes, and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.

This is a NON SMOKING property.

*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.

The Neighborhood:
If you are looking for a great location minutes to all the local attractions this is it. We are conveniently located central to Miami and the palm beaches in the heart of Pompano Isles next to Fort Lauderdale. We are close to all major highways and only a short drive to Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Pompano Beach borders Fort Lauderdale to the South and is close to Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, Boca Raton and the best of South Florida. fort The ocean and beach are just a few minutes away and Las Olas boulevard (famed for it's food, shopping, and entertainment) is a short drive. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. With Fort Lauderdale dubbed the 'Venice of America' and the yachting capital of the world, you have easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If eco-tourism is your interest we have everglades national park where you can view the wildlife. Seminole HardRock Casino is within a 30 minute drive where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining. Las Olas boulevard has fun for the whole family with dining, entertainment, and culture including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, cinema's, Museum of Science and discovery, and Broward Center for Performing Arts. There are multiple concert and sports venues through South Florida including the Bank Atlantic Center, American Airlines Arena, Dolphin Stadium, South Beach and more.

All guests receive a detailed property manual via email prior to check-in, at which point we ask for additional information to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one. We are available via text, call, or email during the hours of 9 am-6 pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience.
