Enjoy your vacation time in the wonderful enclave. This house has a large salt-heated pool. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, etc.
Gas Grill, In-unit washer, and dryer. Beautiful and stainless appliances.

Beautiful leather furnishings 2 leather sofa, and 4 TVs.
High-speed wireless internet (200 MBPS). Spacious family room. Foosball table.

This house is perfect for 3 small groups, each will have its own bathroom (see floor plan in pictures):
- Bedrooms 1 & 2 with their own bathroom (Jack and Jill ) on the main floor.
- The second floor includes bedroom 3 which is a large master bedroom with an ensuite.
- Bedroom 4 with ensuite bathroom and is connected to bedroom 5 (you need to go through bedroom 4 to access bedroom 5).

There are a total of 6 beds in this house (4 queen size & 2 King size beds), also a small bed for a toddler.
A baby crib and a child high chair are also available.
The house contains everything you will need for your vacation, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler with wheels, towels, sand & pool toys, and an outdoor shower. We have 3 bikes (two in this property), let us know how many you need

Great family house

Plenty of room for people to spread out inside and out. Clean. Host was responsive. Located short drive to beach, restraints shopping. Took about 90min to get to Everglades and it is worth the drive.

Great property!

Great size property for family or guy's/girls trip. 5 good size bedrooms with 3 bath. Big open kitchen with table and island for sitting. The backyard and pool area was great place to end the day. This house is centrally located with great access to restaurants and stores. We give it 5/5....

We had up to 10 people here. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and stay. Host is very accommodating. We appreciated the extras (ie. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, sand toys for kids, etc). Also, really appreciated water "fountain".

Host was more than amazing. Definitely went out of his way to accommodate an earlier flight and even assisted with a little later check out. I forgot to mention even drove us the beach the day we arrived. More than a gentlemen. 5-7 minute drive to the beach. And walking distance to local shopping centers. Pool heater was on ever day as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Enjoyable Stay

My family and I came to town for my son’s college graduation and the house was the perfect size for our needs. We loved the fact that each bedroom essentially had its own bathroom (downstairs bedrooms had a Jack and Jill). The pool was adequately sized for our group of 7, although we weren’t all in at the same time. It still would have been perfect if we were. The location was perfect. Not too far from the Pompano Beach Pier and only 15 minutes away from downtown Delray Beach. The host was very kind and extremely responsive to any questions we had about the property, even before we checked in. He was also very accommodating to me when I thought I left something behind after check out. We really enjoyed the accommodations and the surrounding area.

Very nice house

We enjoyed our week stay. Overall the house is clean and well maintained. Positives: lots of space for 2 adults and 3 teens. Large kitchen and well equipped. About a 10 minute drive to the beach. Pompano beach is great, we utilized the public parking garage and walked the short distance to the beach. House has beach umbrellas and chairs. Looked like beach toys for kids. The house has a small pool. Probably better for smaller kids. Our teens only swam once, the backyard has plenty of patio furniture. We did spend time relaxing by the pool. The house is in a residential neighborhood. You’re going to need a car because it’s off a busy road. From the listing it was hard to tell what the area around the house was like. The not so positives: the house seems a little less “nice” than the pictures. Nothing terrible but just not exactly what was expected especially because of the price. But the fact that it had pretty much everything we needed, it was ok to get over that. Overall we really enjoyed the beach area, the proximity to shopping and dining and the golf course. We had never been to Pompano Beach and were pleasantly surprised with it.

We were happy to host Katie and her family. However, we do wish more care had been taken in cleaning and addressing the heavily stained linens, including food, drinks, and children's accidents on the beds. Cleaning required extra effort and costs, as we had to wash everything, including all mattress protectors. Our home is located just two blocks east of Federal Hwy 1 on a quiet street. It looks exactly as pictured—the only difference is that we had the windows and blinds open when the photos were taken just a few weeks ago. The heated pool holds 10,000 gallons, and we've never had complaints about its size. Our pricing is competitive for the quality and service we provide, and guests always have the option to choose accommodations that best fit their needs. While we appreciate all feedback, we respectfully disagree with the "not so positive" aspects of the review, as they do not accurately reflect the reality of our home and services.
