Pleasant stay in LA

Very clean property. Updated inside and out. Comfortable pillows and beds. Plentiful towels. Good location for Universal, studio tours, Santa Monica, and Hollywood sites. Felt very secure with the gate and fence. We would stay here again.

Central Location- Comfortable House

We stayed at Jacobs house while we were in town for a family funeral- this could have made the whole experience sad, but it was not. In between time with family we came back to the VRBO and relaxed and refreshed. The house was perfect for 3 of us to make light dinners/snacks, have a glass of wine, and get ready for our family commitments. I am a runner and went for runs each morning and felt completely safe in the neighborhood; every neighbor that I said "Good morning" to replied back with a happy "Good Morning!" We were very happy with Jacob's house and would absolutely use it again. The only miner issue- and it was not the host's fault!- was that someone had washed one of the extra blankets, but left it in the washer for TOO long, then put it into the dryer. The result was that it didn't smell nice and I needed to wash it. Thankfully Jacob left laundry detergent in the house and I was easily able to wash the blanket and cozy up with it later that night while we watched a movie! Thank you Jacob!

Very nice house ! Very Well managed !!

We stayed for more than 2 weeks in Jacob’s house! It’s clean and tidy house with all necessary inside ! We felt in safe neighborhood , there is a school in front of the house .. but not disturbing at all .. Jacob was very reactive , and we’ll certainly come back in his house ! I recommend !
