The house is in a very private, safe, and quiet street.

In our opinion, the best way to tour LA is by renting a car or using an uber.
Public transportation is within walking distance.

No parties in any kind, no large gatherings, no smoking, no drugs, no loud music
Per LA short term rules quite a time is at 10pm

4 rooms have a privacy door.
2 of the other rooms are in open space( one of these two rooms have wall curtains for privacy)

Please make sure that you book the right amount of guests
You will be charged for an additional guest.
The extra charge is used to pay extra cleaning and laundry washing.

We provide enough linens and towels per the number of guests that check-in.

We lived in this house for 15 years.
We raised our 4 children. They have had their best childhood memories.
Our home is being brought to you full of LOVING energy.

- The only amount of guests per your booking allowed - no additional guests allowed
- The pool use is solely on the guests` responsibility.
- No pool use for kids without their adult supervision
- smoking is not allowed inside the house

Pool and Jacuzzi Safety:

Usage of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
If needed, we can install a fence around the pool for added safety. Please contact us for assistance.

Any tampering or interference with any of the external monitoring devices is prohibited. Doing so will result in your reservation ending immediately, and you will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.

We’ve rented multiple homes over the years, and we’re so pleased with this one. Liat and Oren did a fantastic job — everything was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully maintained. We loved all the amenities the house came with, especially the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We would definitely recommend this home and would absolutely book it again the next time we’re in the area!

Great location to universal Studios and everything that Hollywood has to offer plus very close to Six Flags magic mountain. Home was just as described in the listing, recently renovated very clean and everything that you would need. The host were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable roomy home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Liat’s home. Only about a 10-15 minute Uber from universal, which was our primary reason for visiting. About 30 mins from Santa Monica pier and convenient to Mulholland Dr which is how we viewed the Hollywood sign. The backyard was great, the neighborhood was peaceful, and we had plenty of space for my husband and I, our daughter and our dog. I imagine the pool is a nice feature when the weather is warmer. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home during our trip to Universal Studios. The home was perfect for the 6 of us with room to spare! Loved having a cute yard, pool, and spa to go with it. Very clean and our host was quick to repond with any questions we had. Located just a few minutes away from Universal in a quaint neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Liat was very easy to communicate with. The pool was a plus. Sitting outside with morning coffee and watching hummingbirds and dragonflies was so relaxing. Bathroom and kitchen appliances were old but completely clean. Beds were comfortable.

So much fun!!

We had the most wonderful time staying here for vacation with our family. The homeowners went above and beyond to make our stay special, and attended to the finest of details to accommodate all we needed. Of course the pool was a major hit - perfect for everyone. The nearby park was great to take the family to, and the location of the house with the ease of being able to go to nearby attractions was a definite win. We would definitely choose to come again, and recommend that you choose this home, too!

Family Friendly Stay

The property is family friendly with enough of space for a guest of 11 + baby. Liat let us check in a few hours early, if needed. Updated kitchen to cook for the whole family or you can buy food from restaurants that are just minutes away. It includes a big gated pool which was very appreciated, since we had little ones and felt safe knowing they weren’t able to go in the pool without an adult present. Close enough to Universal Studios and Hollywood for those who want to go sight seeing. Liat also is very responsive to questions so help is just a message away. Our family had an amazing time with this rental and would recommend it to those who want to visit the area. Thanks again Liat for letting us in your beautiful house!

The house was nice and conveniently located. The neighbors were especially nice. We enjoyed ourselves. Being from Atlanta, we had our expectations set low, but once we arrived, that changed. My four sons took full advantage of the hot tube and basketball goal. Need more outlets to charge phones in bedrooms. We did not understand why the dining room was tuned into a bedroom. No privacy. Great LA Base Location!

Our host communications were excellent from start to finish. Liat was very welcoming with an offer for my sister-in-law and husband arriving via a road trip, to come a night early — which they didn’t do. She also offered us to check out later than the published time — which we did by an hour. It was really helpful and thoughtful. Liat provided great information on sites not to miss like the Fryman Canyon Trail, the Getty Museum, the Hollywood Lake Trail and more. It was all great. There is a nice small park at the end of the street where the house is located. This park was very pleasant for quick little exercise walks. The house was large and pleasant for a few meals in, and it was well located to a lot of restaurants and take-out foods. It was too chilly for the pool during this visit even though my husband swam three laps in it. The hot tub was quite nice to have on two of the afternoons. The backyard, beyond the pool, has a lovely, large lemon tree. It was mesmerizing. The grounds are well taken care of as are most of the landscapes in the neighborhood. At the end of the day, this house provided a quiet place to get good sleep for the next vacation adventure. Thank you very much!

Perfect home base for our trip

We had an outstanding stay here! Check-in was seamless, keyless entry, hosts were very responsive and gave us a TON of information on the area about parks, food, walking trails, it was very nice and incredibly helpful! The house was very clean, the beds and towels all smelled great. There were plenty of beds (with extras to spare) for our party of 6 and they were all super comfy and had huge soft pillows. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the indoor living space was very open with a ton of seating. The outdoor space was nice and open, with a grassy area for you younglings to play in. The pool was awesome and the kids were in it every day of our trip. We used the hot tub almost every night as well, it was very relaxing. Overall we had an excellent stay and would absolutely stay here again!
