This modern farmhouse style studio home is the perfect place to relax and unwind when traveling or just visiting with friends and family. Beautiful finishes in kitchen and large bathroom. Plenty of space for cooking and relaxing. Pet friendly too!

Please be mindful when walking pets outside, our neighbor with fence is particular about property lines and does not want us walking dogs on grass near their fence. We just ask that you walk toward back side of our house. Please note neighbor also has a dog that barks when people are around and can be intimidating, we just advise to not walk by fence to avoid being startled by this dog. Thank you.

Perfect little apartment

This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more.

Olivet visit

We were visiting our son at Olivet and this was the perfect place and location for our stay in Bourbonnais. It was close to campus, restaurants and shops as well as beautiful Kankakee River State Park. The rental was welcoming and nicely decorated and provided all the amenities and comforts needed. The sleep number bed was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Visiting friends

This was a very clean and peacefully house/studio for two! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space. The kitchen was amazing along with all the amenities. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Home away from home

This place has everything you need when away from home. Very clean, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, new appliances. I was extremely comfortable during my stay.

Bourbonnais home-away-from-home

great place to stay but could use a couple of things that would make it much better: a shelf or something in the shower to hold soap, shampoo and wash cloth, a swinging door on the bathroom, that one was noisy and woke up my partner if I got up in the middle of the night. Better positioning of the tv and a guide so you could get to the programing you wanted especially network channels like abc, nbc, etc. easier opening doors on the laundry area, they were very hard to get open more outlets by the bed to plug in charging devices

The owners have thought of everything and the place was perfect! Clean, cozy couch, work area and comfy bed! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my 4 days near Olivet.

The studio apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and well-appointed. The washer and dryer in the unit were welcome amenities. The kitchen was well-laid out, with all necessary plates, flatware, glasses, goblets, pots, pans, and utensils. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom with its step-in shower was luxurious. I hope this studio apartment is available when I next visit Illinois. Many thanks to the hosts.
