Included are lovely views along the Kankakee River and close access to walking trails that extend from the South Band neighborhood past River Road Park. Great riverfront spot for a nice get together with friends or just to relax. Host is very communicative and kind. This was easily one of the cleanest rentals that I’ve stayed in and it has everything that you would need.

The property was great, clean and tastefully decorated. Both bedrooms upstairs offer a great view of the river. We are very thankful for the special touches by the owners to celebrate our 35th anniversary. Great vacation memories.

Mary was very welcoming and helpful. She answered all of our questions promptly. We stayed in the winter, so couldn't enjoy the river, but the house was immaculate and very comfortable, the location is convenient and the view is amazing.

Beautiful home & location

The home was everything we wanted and had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable home with absolutely amazing views of the river. The owners were very personal. Would stay again if we get the chance!

Wonderful home with lovely beds and an incredible outdoor space overlooking the river, perfect for relaxing with a small group of friends. Mary was super easy to communicate with and even let us in early, which helped us out a bunch! We loved the commitment to the mermaid/nautical aesthetic.
