This property provides various cozy spots from which to comfortably observe the Parisian streets below and relish your own vantage point. 

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed for 2, a living room and 1 bathrooms. The entire apartment, is furnished with beautiful, classical style pieces, with a choice selection of cozy armchairs and elegant tables which gives the occupant the sense of being in a remarkably luxurious French artiste's garret. 

The apartment has all the equipment you need to have a perfect stay. Free Wi-Fi, TV, a full equipped kitchen complete with fridge, cooking ware, cutleries, coffee maker, microwave and kettle.

The home is also complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

The beauty of staying right in the heart of the capital is that all the world-famous and admired attractions such as the Musée du Louvre, Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysée are at your fingertips.

Located right at the heart of Paris within the 1st arrondissement, one of Paris’ oldest districts, you cannot get more central than this. From this apartment, you are within easy walking distance of some of the capital’s most spectacular attractions, such as the Musée du Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay and the Notre Dame Cathedral. Metro stations are around and taxis can be easily found throughout the area. This location provides a perfect base from which to explore the wonders of the city and experience the highlights of quintessential Parisian life.

You will find yourself in the bustling Rue Saint-Honoré, where plenty of sweet treats await you in pavement cafés and bakeries. If you’re in the mood for a little retail therapy, this street is also home to a variety of boutique stores and high-end fashion brand shops, as is the nearby Rue de Rivoli, another ideal shopping destination, all within walking distance from your apartment.

The advantages of staying within the 1st arrondissement are undeniable. Whether you prefer to shop, explore on foot or visit some of the city’s exquisite museums and art galleries, from this starting point, you can really make the most of your stay here and enjoy the benefit of being able to easily travel all over Paris, getting to know the city as you’ve always wanted to.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Louvres-Rivoli (line 1), is just a 5-minute walk.

Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
