Great ground floor apartment 3 minutes from Notre Dame cathedral. Wonderful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Dave , the host who greeted us was friendly, responsive and helpful. I would definitely return

You cannot beat the location. It is just around the corner from Notre Dame. Also the National Police have a station just a few doors down. Very safe, very secure. The place is adequate, not fancy.

Overall, very good. Location was great. Very good restaurants only steps away. Chairs and beds could be more comfortable. Need ventilation fan in south bedroom. Check-in process would have been better if all communication was done through Vrbo inbox. There are no smoke alarms..

We stayed here with our family of four and it was perfect for us. Definitely some old-time charm, but there were two bedrooms that definitely gave us enough space. The primary bedroom had a great soft bed and a nice shower and bathroom. The second bedroom had two single beds that could either be pushed together or separate separated for space which our children loved. The second bathroom was a little tight with a shower, but it was great having two bathrooms in the house.While the weather was great while we were there, one concern would be there is just one standalone air conditioner vented through a window in the family room. It was nice to have a cooled room for a siesta in the middle of the day, but don’t expect it to be like American air-conditioning for the whole apartment. The kitchen and dining was tight but perfect for what we needed. It was a very cute building having a nice courtyard and it’s attached to a restaurant and bar so when you come home at night and the other tourist locations are closed, you could get some late night, food and drink if you needed. We didn’t realize how awesome the location was being on the island where Notre Dame church is. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is located in the shadow of Notre Dame. I think for a family it might be a little tight but for our party of 3 adults it was perfect. We loved the location, the neighborhood and the convenience of having a retreat close to the things we wanted to see. WiFi worked well. Dave (the host) was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I and 2 teens. Having 2 baths and 2 bedrooms was very convenient! The showers actually keep the water inside, if you are familiar with European shower challenges! The location is phenomenal! I enjoyed hearing the bells chime daily from Notre Dame! You can quickly beat the lines in the morning. It’s not the newest and most up to date, but hopefully you are out sightseeing all day! It had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us and a great location for walking to many places and the metro. We utilized it for having breakfast in the apt before starting our daily site seeing by stocking up at the local grocery store. We checked out many different restaurants around the area and it was nice to bring back any leftovers for eating later. This trip of a lifetime was everything we hoped it would be. Thank you for the great accommodations.

Near Nortre Dame Cathedral

This apartment is in the heart of Paris. The location can’t be beat. It is an off beat apartment in some ways but having two bedrooms and two baths worked so well for us. We enjoyed the neighborhood, especially the various cafes. We recommend this apartment primarily for its location.

Perfect location with access to restaurants, metro, shops etc. Dated but comfortable rooms. Couldn’t figure out drying clothes but made use of wash function. Minimal kitchen - but coffee, breakfast etc. feasible. Particularly liked the 2 bathrooms available for two couples. And can’t say enough about the great location!

Perfect Location!!!

This is the most central location in Paris - easy access to everything!! The apartment is a great size with everything you need - the two bathrooms made it easy for a family of 5!! We loved our stay in Paris and will be back soon!!!Thank you David and Glenn for all your help!
