Perfect Location and lovely property.

Annick’s property is perfect for either a short or long stay in Paris. Probably better for a couple rather than 3 people ( which was our group). It is right next door to at least 3 restaurants, walking distance to two metro stations and buses everywhere. Our stay was fantastic.

A wonderful Paris apartment

This loft apartment is located in the best location with easy access to all of Paris by metro and to many wonderful sights, restaurants and shopping on foot. Annick is a wonderful and extremely helpful hostess and makes your stay very comfortable.

Fantastique!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. We had plenty of space to hang out between walks around the city. It’s in a great location; we walked or took the metro everywhere. Annick was wonderful; welcoming and helpful. We would love to stay here again sometime!

Love Paris

Beautifully appointed 4th story apartment near the Champs Elysees close to restaurants, shopping and the Metro in a building designed by Eiffel. And a wonderful hostess, what more can you ask for. A true gem in one of the world's most distinguished cities.

Perfect setting! Lovely apartment! Would definitely stay here during future trips to Paris!

It was just what we were looking for! Felt like locals almost immediately. Bed was comfortable. Fans kept place cool. Nice bathroom. Metro station literally across the street, and 10 minute walk to Arch du triumph.

Great couples apartment

The apartment is just as stated. It is a charming apt great for a couple. The location could not have been better. Annick was wonderful to work with and made the check-in process easy and was available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

A gem is Paris

This apartment is in an excellent location & is one of the best VRBO's that we've stayed in! There are so many great places to eat in the area & the Metro is right across the street. Annick is a wonderful host & has thought of everything that a traveller would need. We had a problem with the hair dryer & in less than an hour she brought us replacement one. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Charming apartment in amazing location

Annick was very nice and friendly during our arrival even thought we were a few hours delayed. We loved the French feeling of this unique apartment. It is a quiet, clean and well maintained space. The heat worked, the shower was good and we were able to use the washing machine. The bathroom upstairs is spacious but could use a door for added privacy. Otherwise, a great place.

Spring in Paris

The apartment was exemplary in every way. Though not large, it is not cramped, and the large windows give a sense of spaciousness and light. It is on the 4th floor(5th American), so quiet. Walking distance to many iconic Parisian sites, but near a metro hub, Arc de Triomphe. Only small deficit is short door to bedroom bath. We highly recommend this bright apartment!

a lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood

Our stay was very good and the apartment was great. It was clean and functional, and in a great part of the city. I have stayed in this neighborhood before, and will try to every time because it is close to everything. One thing about the apartment is the stairs to the loft. They are quite steep and a bit small and one does need to be careful when negotiating them. However, the good news is, and I didn't know this when I booked the apartment, was that there are two bathrooms in the apartment. So no need to climb the stairs to use the bathroom regarldless of time of day. I would recommend this place for it's charm and location.

Beautiful Apartment

Annick!! What can we say except THANK YOU!! Your apartment is exactly as it shows in the photos!! It was clean and cozy and had all the comforts of home. In the 8th arr, the Metro is right across the street, as is the bus stop and the taxi stop! The Metro was so easy to use. You are right around the corner from the Arc De Triomphe and the Champs Elysees!! The restaurants are plentiful too!! My daughter and I opened the window to the street every day to catch the breeze and see the gorgeous sunrise. You were so kind and inviting to us and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for trusting us with your beautiful home

Wonderful apt in Quartier du Faubourg-du-Roule, Paris

We had an amazing week in Annick's apt in Faubourg-du-Roule in the 8th Arrondissement. The apt is on the 4th floor of a beautiful building with an elevator and very nice view. The apt was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with everything you need. It's located across the street from several nice restaurants/patisserie, and a large Monoprix store is a block and a half away (Annick provided a shopping cart to conveniently carry our groceries back to the apt). Many of the favorite destinations (Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Invalides) are within walking distance or short Metro trip. Annick was such a gracious host we offered to take her out to lunch but unfortunately she was unavailable that day. Loved our stay!

Perfect Parisien Apartment

I cannot begin to safe how wonderful it was to stay in Annick’s apartment for my return trip to Paris. I was a little apprehensive choosing a VRBO instead of a hotel but I am so so glad I did. Can we talk about the light from those glorious windows, the views from the French doors, the exposed brick walls, the wooden floors cut on the diagonal - All of it perfect! Those giant beautiful blue doors opening into the most charming courtyard - Dreamy! There choices of 2 metro lines: across the street or around the corner a few blocks up across from Arc du Triomphe! Annick is so responsive - though honestly our question was where can I find a good quiche ha ha. She is so gracious. She is just lovely. We needed for nothing. I cannot wait to return. The best!!!

Property exceeded expectations. Pics do not do it justice. The metro is across the street, so that is very convenient. Neighborhood is great with restaurants, fromage, chocolate, bread, banks, grocery ... all close. The small bed will be better for a child (not the main one in the bedroom which has an EXCELLENT mattress). Having two toilets since there are two floors is highly beneficial. Everything you need is provided. New washing machine was very helpful. Kitchen is very up to date and should have everything you need. The nice building has an elevator and is on a beautiful courtyard. The only consideration I would suggest is that the ceiling is low into bathroom (off of bedroom), so if you are tall and frequent bathroom in the middle of the night please plan accordingly. Owner of the property was just a text away to answer all questions quickly, give advice, or close by if you needed personal attention (we immediately got front door key stuck and she was there to help). Take owner's suggestion to take a taxi from/to airport. She had suggested that and we took metro system from airport and wasted 5 hours that we can never get back! Actually all her suggestions are spot on, since she has been doing this for so long and has excellent reviews. Her English is excellent, if that is a concern, since she has spent a lot of time in the USA. I would love to return to this property any time I visit Paris and highly recommend it.

Gracias a Annick por su amabilidad y confianza, ,hemos pasado 11 dias estupendos. El apartamento es tal y como aparece ,muy completo ,limpio y cerca de todo lo que quisieramos visistar.y no es nada de ruidoso. Supemercados cerca,farmacia y restaurantes debajo para poder comer aunque la cocina esta totalme te equipada . Annick nos recibio muy bien y nos enseño todo lo relacionado con el apartamento La cama muy comoda y todo impecable. Sin duda lo recomendamos por todo ,han sido unas vacaciones que ya pensamos en repetir. Gracias Annick, muchas gracias Volveremos pronto.5 de 5 Recomieendo este apartamento sin ninguna duda.
