Superb Villa

Beautifully well kept clean villa in an ideal quiet location near the beaches. The hosts were extremely efficient and conscientious, I will definitely be back.

Perfect family villa , 2 minutes from beech 2 minutes from store , 20 minutes from Marbella , absolutely brilliant great wi fi such a cool pool , we were all very sad to leave , hope to book again next year. Thank you to the owner and to homeaway xxx terry

Great house for large family or friends

Stayed in this villa in Sept 2016 with my wife our 2 daughters and friends with their children. We had a great time. The house is close to the beach and some good restaurants. With 8 of us, we had more than enough space. I also liked the golf course around. The house has been newly renovated and extended and is in perfect state. Would definitely recommend staying there

Great property, close to the beach

The house is as showed in the pictures. Lot´s of space on the inside for my family of 6. Also around the house enough space and the swimming pool is great. The house is at 5 minutes walk to the beach and some restaurants right on the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet. Only 30 minutes from the airport and close to Marbella and also to Malaga City. The house is fully decorated and nothing was missing. The owner welcomed us on time and was easy reachable for the questions we had during our stay. I really can recommend this listing for a sunny family holiday. We will certainly return next year.

After some initial difficulties, we were satisfied with our stay.The house is beautifully located in Marbessa, in a very well-kept and safe neighborhood. The walk to the beach and beach restaurants is short, taking only 8-10 minutes. Small supermarkets are also nearby, but you need a car to get to the larger ones.The house is large and exactly as described, and we found the layout to be exactly as described. The pool was very clean and was regularly cleaned and maintained. However, we must say that we found the house in a poor state of preparation. The air conditioning units in the basement were apparently defective and caused a small flood. There was no gas because the bottles were empty. This meant that there was no hot water and it was not possible to cook. This should have been rectified by the agency in advance. After we spoke to the owner, the problems were quickly resolved. We recommend that the owner check the property thoroughly before arrival and have any problems rectified.However, we would recommend this property as the owner was always available and quick to help.

Casa cómoda y bien ubicada

La casa era grande y cómoda, aunque 2 dormitorios y un baño tenían entrada independiente. La piscina fenomenal, aunque al haber tantas plantas había muchos mosquitos. La comunicación con los propietarios y la persona de contacto muy buena.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir waren mit 11 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz! Es bietet alles was benötigt wird! Der Strand ist nur einige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der große Pool wurde auch häufig und gerne genutzt. Einziger Nachteil waren die Baustellen in der Nachbarschaft.

Was great to have Silvia in our villa in Marbella. The issue of humidity in the lower basement has been solved following an extensive renovation of that part of the house in 2023.

Tres bon séjour, villa très comfortable

Merci pour le séjour dans vôtre maison. On a passé de belles vacances en famille. La maison est tout confort avec la cuisine très bien équipée, avec la piscine, le beau jardin ainsi qu’avec les nombreuses chambres. Nous recommenderons a nos amis!
