Cottage style relaxing villa to relax, unwind, read a good book. Screen porch overlooking the golf course perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon with a good book. Short trip to the beach at Pawleys Island for some sun and sand. Historic Georgetown is only a short drive with lots of quaint shops and wonderful restaurants. The villa has a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and luxurious linens. Beautiful natural setting perfect for bird watching, bike riding, and leisurely walks. Four televisions with high speed cable. Relaxing screen porch and 2 decks!

Wonderful place to stay!

Great host and wonderful place to stay in Pawley’s Island. Convenient to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. Roomy and well equipped with everything you need. Just bring the family and food and expect to have a nice stay.

Some properties feel like hotels. This property feels like home. Tracie provided a spectacular stay for us newlyweds. She was attentive and responsive. We wanted a pool, but easily discovered no reason to leave. We will be back

This condo was absolutely perfect. We have been coming to Pawleys Island since 1974… It is our second home. Would definitely stay here again. Your condo was warm and inviting and very well stocked with everything you would need… Top notch !

We were down for a wedding and this condo was the perfect find. We wanted something quiet and convenient and this definitely delivered. The neighborhood is amazing for walking and is just cute in general. Condo was better than described!

Very nice, clean place to stay. Really did appreciate being in a gated community.

This property suited our needs with all the roominess. We had two couples, a baby and an 8 year old. Each one had their own private space, that was nice. The kitchen was large enough for at least two people in it, or more. Nice laundry area. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Pawleys Plantation

This was an amazing condo that had everything and more than we needed. Great communication with the owner. Plenty of places to sleep and relax. Beautiful view of the golf course. We used the swimming pool once, it was a nice option. The best beach in the area, in my opinion, is a quick 10 minute drive.

Our first VRBO experience was a definite success

From our first communications with Tracie through to the end of our stay, everything about this booking was top notch. Even though the weather was cool, we enjoyed the golf course view and walking in the neighbourhood, as well as the many golf courses nearby. Furnishings in the unit were all very comfortable and attractive, exactly as advertised. We’re already talking about next year!

Nice getaway

This was our first visit to Pawley’s Island. Hopefully not our last. The Villa was clean and fully stocked. And Tracie was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We would like to return in warmer weather, as we couldn’t enjoy the screened-in porch like we wanted to. We found the food in Pawley’s Island to be quite good, and the people were very friendly.

Wonderful Cozy Stay in Pawleys this Year

A special property with warm and inviting design throughout. It was lovely to come home to and some days we didn’t even feel like leaving! Surprisingly roomy for a townhome. It worked nicely for our family of five with three small boys. Tracie had very easy to work alarms on the doors for extra security which was a HUGE plus w/kids. So many extras that other properties don’t have. A blender would have been nice for smoothies. The dining area converted to a 2 twin bedroom offers unique additional living space for children/ teens, w a bit of privacy. We’ve rented larger properties in the past that the kids got bored with because of the limited options in living space (we did move some breakables to the huge walk-in closets) It was also close enough to keep an eye on them. I liked that there were televisions in every room, although one of the cable boxes wasn’t working so we were down a tv in the guest bedroom. We made it work but Tracie offered to have someone come and look. We didn’t want to go through the hassle. The porch looked onto a part of the course not yet being utilized so it was very private, and again another area our sons enjoyed playing in. When we were there we lucked out and no one was above us so it was extra peaceful. We appreciated that the owner utilized the cleaning fee and there wasn’t a laundry list of jobs at checkout. Very friendly pool area at Clubhouse.

Best rental property!

This was the best rental property we've ever stayed at! Tracie was an awesome hostess and all of the little things provided throughout this property were so thoughtful and made us feel at home. I hope that we have the chance to come back to Pawley's Island again. If we do, we will definitely be staying here again!! Not only was this property a very short drive to the beach, but the beach was not overcrowded like most beaches and everything we needed was convenient to this location. It truly felt like a home away from home.
