Wonderful location! Very clean. Lots of thoughtful touches (night lights, state park pass, coffee, laundry baskets, etc). 8 min walk to the beach. Loved just driving up to gate to check in rather than having to go to the registration building. My son loved all the beach toys & balls. Everything was tastefully decorated. We will definitely look at staying here again.

This property was perfect. The location was an easy walk to beach. The grounds were perfect for walking every morning. The home was clean and comfortable. It did not disappoint. Went with my sister for a family baby shower close by. And will definitely book again. Was truly a great place to stay and had everything you needed. Can’t wait to return!!!! Thank you for sharing this property.

This is a lovely, well equipped condo with marsh views and a short walk to the beach and pool/tennis. Grocery stores are very close making the location very convenient. The hosts provided a helpful guide in advance with all the details needed to connect to WiFi and access amenities. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and had all the essentials. While there were just 3 of us, there was plenty of seating for hanging out on the deck or inside if you had a larger group. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa was clean, beautifully and thoughtfully designed/decorated in the common areas. Plenty of space for big family meals both indoors and outdoors. Fully appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need! Even storage containers for leftovers which was a treat! Highly recommend!

Great overall property.. close to beach and always has everything you can imagine you would need. This is our second time at this property and it was great like it was the year before. I would say bc careful with your laundry... we washed light colored clothes and they clothes all came out with blue randomly on them:/ we didn't wash clothes after that.

We’re sorry to hear about the blue spots on your light-colored clothes. We haven’t had this issue reported before, but we’ll definitely take a look at the washer to make sure everything is working properly. Just as a quick tip, we recommend placing the laundry pod in the bottom of the washer before adding the clothes. That helps the pod dissolve properly and can help prevent any dry detergent from coming into direct contact with clothing. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have you back for another stay in the future!

The property and amenities were excellent. The villa was spotless and kitchen appliances in great condition and working order. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning overlooking the marsh and birds. The location was an easy walk to the beach and pool. Attention to detail was thoughtful and appreciated. By far the best communication with the owner in my experience with VRBO. We really appreciated the state park pass too. I would not hesitate to book again.

You will be pleased when you arrive. This villa is in a secure and safe gated community. The beach is easy walking distance for young and old alike. Quiet surroundings, everything is in good working order, and clean. Host Scott is responsive and accommodating when/if needed. You will have his contact information. Information provided for check-in and check-out is easy to understand. Communication prior to your check-in date is organized and above average. Be respectful of the property and your damage deposit will be returned very promptly.

The villa is exactly as described, very welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and the deck is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The hosts sent a welcome guide full of information and restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This is such a clean, well appointed VRBO. We will come here again. The hosts were quick to respond to our inquiries. The location is ideal to explore this area. It’s a lovely gated community with walking distance to a nice beach area. We were two couples traveling and the two bedrooms were equal in size with each having a bathroom. We were all very impressed with how kitchen items were clearly labeled and appeared new. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable.
