Caroline's Coastal Cottage is a ground floor luxury condominium that is a perfect get away for golfers, families or girls weekends! Located on the 9th fairway of the True Blue Golf and Racquet Club, True Blue is rated as one of the top 100 golf courses in the US with many other nationally ranked golf courses within minutes! You will enjoy the views of the golf course from the cool and shaded screen patio. The master bedroom as well as the living/dining area will afford the same view of the lush fairway and greens as well as views of the incredible South Carolina low country wildlife! From the front door you will be just steps to the pristine pool and hot tub and only an eight minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Pawley's Island! Truly this is resort style vacationing at a fraction of the price!
This 1350 square foot condominium is updated with fresh paint and carpeting as well as being designer decorated with a tranquil, comfortable coastal vibe. It is very well appointed with high end furnishings and unbelievably comfortable high end luxury mattresses throughout. Mattresses are 15 inches thick with a great support system and lots of high density foam. The mattress covering is made of the new "TENCEL" material that wicks away moisture and heat! This may be the most restful night's sleep you've experienced while on vacation!!!
The living area has a graciously large sectional sofa in a soft plush turquoise fabric along with a large square ottoman in the middle so everyone can get their feet up and relax while watching the 55" HD TV. The swivel glider recliner will also be a favorite spot for watching TV, reading or enjoying the views of the lush golf course! The kitchen/dining area is open to the living area and has a large dining table with chairs and benches that easily accommodates eight people for big dinners or family game night!
Master bedroom has a king sized button tufted bed that has a charging station built into each side of the headboard as well as matching dresser, two nightstands and a flat screen television. The furniture is in a beautiful distressed whitewashed finish. This room is decorated in soft neutrals and blush colors that are sure to relax! A sliding glass door will take you directly from the master bedroom to the screened patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee and evening beverage. The master bedroom has it's own private bath done in designer colors that coordinate with the bedroom and includes a large walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, two night tables and a matching door chest in white as well as a flat screen TV. The accessories are done in very cool blues and whites.
The third bedroom has both a full sized bed and a twin extra long bed as well as a matching chest, nautical night table and flat screen TV. The furniture is in a driftwood (grey) finish and is accessorize with navies and reds!
A large bathroom serves the two bedrooms and includes a complete tub/shower combination.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator , dishwasher and microwave oven as well as many newer small appliances. Cooking will be pleasurable in this bright white, sea green and blue kitchen. The floor plan is open and you can interact with the family in the den while cooking! Many cooking spices are provided so be sure to check the pantry before purchasing those items. You will have access to an outdoor grill just steps from the patio. The True Blue clubhouse and restaurant are just a 5 minute walk from the front door if you don't want to cook!
Just steps away from your front door is the swimming pool and spa...however...as our guest you will have access to a total of four swimming pools and spas as well as tennis courts all within the True Blue community. If your golf game needs fine tuning then take advantage of the Steve Dresser golf academy located within the community.
Pawley's Island and Litchfield beaches are just minutes from the condo.Several grocery stores are less than a mile from True Blue and there are many restaurants of all varieties and price points within a mile or two of the condo. There is plenty of specialty boutique shopping within a 5 minute drive. The great seafood restaurants and infamous Marsh Boardwalk of Murrell's Inlet are just 15 minutes away. Enjoy deep sea fishing, boating , sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, biking, tennis, shopping and other great activities convenient to our condo.Historically rich Georgetown is a short 15 minute drive with water front dining and specialty shopping. Head north for just 30 minutes and you will be in Myrtle Beach. Drive south for about an hour and you can enjoy all that Charleston has to offer
Caroline's Cottage includes four beach chairs,an umbrella and small cooler so there's no need to pack those items. Just bring your beach towel, sunscreen and golf clubs!
