Located just steps from the water in Pot-Nets Bayside, this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

The Space:
Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area where the fully-equipped kitchen, dining, and living room flow together—perfect for spending time with family and friends. This home is thoughtfully stocked with linens, towels, and a golf cart for your convenience.

Location & Amenities:
Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to experience some of the best amenities in the area:
Paradise Grill – A lively waterfront restaurant with great food & entertainment
Private beach – Ideal for sunbathing or a peaceful morning walk
Fishing & crabbing piers – Try your luck and reel in a fresh catch
Pools, pickleball and tennis courts, baseball field & playgrounds – Fun for all ages
Boat slips available – Rent for $40/day or $200/week
Golf cart is included at no extra charge!
Linens & towels also are provided - pack with ease!

This home is also in a prime location for kayaking & stand-up paddleboarding, with calm waters just outside your door. Looking to golf? You’re only 10 minutes from Baywood Greens Golf Course, known as the "Augusta of the North." If shopping is on your itinerary, head to the Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes) or explore the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach & Lewes (30 minutes).

Booking Details:
Summer Season (June–August): 7-night minimum stay, Sunday check-in at 4 PM, Sunday check-out at 10 AM
Off-Season: 2-night minimum stays available
A signed rental agreement is required. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide valid proof of age.

Pet Policy:
We love dogs! This home is pet-friendly (dogs only) with a 2-dog maximum. A fee of $50 per pet per night / $225 per week applies. Please note pets on your reservation or call us in advance. They'll love the dog park!

Boat Slip Information:
Boat slips are just a short walk away and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Slips are 24' long, 14' wide, and accommodate boats up to 32' long with an average depth of 4 feet at low tide. Call us at the time of booking to reserve your slip!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the place very much. The property manager was easy to get in touch with any issues and questions. Our only disappointment was not knowing the pool would be closed the week we were there, but know for next time to check the dates. We plan to book again next year!

Very nice community

Communication is excellent, easy check in process. Very nice community, house is right next to Marina. House is clean. The only problem is horrible mattress on two full size beds for kids. They had to sleep on the coach. It’s nice vacation house overall, we had great experience there

We were across the water and had beautiful views and the Canadian geese flying around were beautiful views. Unfortunately we were there at a time where the restaurant wasn’t open, but from what we heard, when it is, it’s a happening place with great bands for entertainment. Hopefully we can go back when that’s happening.

Great Location

Great Location. New or almost new appliances. Plenty of cookware. Bathrooms were very clean. Showers were great. Golf cart was a nice perk but was not cleaned before we used it( floor covered in sand and peanut shells). Floors throughout the house were filthy. I used the broom, vacuum, and 12 wet Swiffers and didn't put a dent in the amount of dirt that was left on the floor.

Close to shopping and beaches, this little community is friendly and picturesque, with a marina, cute restaurant, and its own beaches. Whether walking or riding in the golf cart provided, we enjoyed being "home" as much as our adventures to the larger beach areas nearby.

Beautiful, relaxing vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Seaclusion house was beautiful and located close to the bay. The views were spectacular. We brought our dogs and found this is truly a dog friendly community. The house was spacious enough for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our own meals and we had plenty of eating space with the gorgeous island and large dining table. The golf cart was a nice bonus for driving to the community pool, beach, fishing area and the Paradise Grill restaurant. If you are addicted to your TV shows, you might be disappointed. Only streaming services were available on the 2 televisions so while the adults did not have an issue, the children were a little disappointed because they didn't have tvs in their rooms and they couldn't watch some of their programs. The adults, however, loved the experience. Our only complaint was the cleanliness when we arrived. Because it's a dog friendly place, we found hair and dust behind doors and under furniture. It was not a huge issue for us as I clean everyplace we rent before we move in. We liked the contactless check in process and the rental manager, Debbie, was awesome when our code did not work. She corrected the issue immediately and was a delight to work with. You don't need to leave the community unless you need groceries. We will be staying in Bayside again.
