Huge deck with six burner grill, two large picnic tables and nice yard. Parking for five cars and small boat trailer. Outdoor shower and hose. Quarter mile to fishing area and boat ramp on Narrow River. Half mile to kayak and paddle board rentals. Five minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach, sea wall and shops. Close to Newport & state beaches. Great house for extended family. This quiet Narrow River Watershed Neighborhood boasts quick and easy access to many of Rhode Islands beautiful beaches, while offering the conveniences of downtown Wakefield and adventures to Block Island and Newport.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
