The Blue Surf Townhome complex is a terrific and classic Emerald Coast area to visit. Blue Surf is small in size and yet full of convenience! With only 34 units in Blue Surf, that makes for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for all guests. Blue Surf is well positioned along Scenic Gulf Drive. It is across the street from Pompano Joe's Seafood House. Headed east down Scenic Gulf Drive it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Dairy Queen and Bad Ass Coffee. Headed west you will have the options of Kenny D's or Captain Dave's to dine. There are dozens of other restaurants, groceries, retail shops, the outlet mall within a couple of miles. If you take a short drive down to the Harbor's of Destin you will find lots of fun things to do as well. Water slides for the kids, miniature golf, amusement rides, or just sit on the Harbor at one of the many places to eat and watch the fishing boats arrive with their catch of the day.

At Blue Surf you can step out onto the lush green landscaping with plenty of space to throw a frisbee or to play a game of shuffleboard. Anywhere you stay at Blue Surf, you are only steps away from the pool (which is heated October - April). You will have incredible accessibility to the Emerald Coast white sand as far as you can see.  Parking is reserved at Blue Surf for each unit. There is never a hassle to find a parking spot during your visit.

BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED FROM MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER! That's right.....2 chairs/ 1 umbrella will be set up for you at the beach each and every day of your visit. Set up times are daily 9am - 5pm CST.

This is our 2nd stay with Michelle, but it definitely will not be our last. This year we stayed in the 2-story condo instead of the 1-story last year. Great choice! My girls loved the extra room and the higher balcony to sit on and enjoy the view of the water. Great location and we will be back!!

Location is key. Right across from beach. So no schlepping stuff into a car/golf cart…. Just a min walk and you are there with chairs and umbrellas waiting!

Everything we hoped for and more!

Incredible location, accommodations, and views. My family absolutely loved this place. Balcony provided a great view of the beautiful beach! The townhouse was clean, spacious, and had plenty of dishes, appliances, and cookware. We literally didn’t need to bring anything. We also loved the daily beach chair and umbrella setup at the beach. The proximity to beach was amazing (less than a minute walk) and close to plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. We will definitely be back again next summer!

Wonderful location

Family had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was conveniently located, full stock of kitchen, bathroom and cleaning amenities, and very comfortable. The condo had some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed including, nails protruding from the wall from old wall hangings, shutters which seem to have been previously damaged, shower spout which would shoot out water straight at you while using the shower-head. These, however, were all minor and easily overlooked given the positives and how little they impacted our stay. Normal for a beach condo. If you are looking for a perfect location, with cleanliness, convenience and comfort in mind, and are not fussy about it being aesthetically perfect, this is the place.

We are beyond excited of our recent purchase of the beautiful Blue Surf 22 (2608325). Our family has traveled to Destin numerous times and have always stayed in the Miramar Beach area. We are from Louisville, KY and have owned a property management company for the past 25+ years. To now expand our business from Louisville to Destin FL is a privilege.

Why they chose this property

Blue Surf is located in Miramar Beach and is in the perfect location for getting to so many different things while there, either on foot, by bike, or by car. You are only 100 yards to the beautiful white sand beaches and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf. The ever so popular beach hang out Pompano Joe's (a landmark seafood restaurant) is right across the street from Blue Surf. Kenny D's, Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Captain Dave's are all within walking distance as well. Grocery shopping (Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Whole Foods) is just a very short drive away, as well as the outlet mall. You can't go wrong with the Blue Surf location
