Family vacation spot! 4 BR home, 1 block to beach w/2 car parking in driveway

This spacious 4 bedroom/2 full bath house is perfect for a family get-away! Large living room with smart TV and wifi throughout the house. Board games and puzzles provided for great family fun! Dining room with beautiful table for a sit-down dinner or just hanging out. Kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances you might need, including a Keurig and a double oven. Menus for local restaurants and reusable grocery bags are provided. A stunning desert mural covers one wall, with a couple of hidden animals for children to discover. Full functioning washer and dryer in its own private room - you never know when you might need to do a little laundry, even this close to the beach! The downstairs bathroom includes a tub/shower with great water pressure and a cool water bidet attachment on the toilet. Upstairs offers 4 sleeping rooms - two at the front of the house, one with a firm futon and library from which beach readers may borrow, the other with a trundle bed and coloring/activity books for children. The middle bedroom has a full bed, dresser and large closet. The primary bedroom in the rear of the house features a beautiful beach scene mural and a queen sleigh bed, with a side chair, large dresser and closet. The upstairs bath is newly remodeled with a glassed-in walk in shower and multiple shower heads. The toilet has a warm/cool water adjustable bidet attachment and the double sink vanity is headed by a large mirror. The linen closet is stocked with bath and beach towels as well as a hair dryer. Mini-split air conditioning units help to cool the house. Large semi-wrap around enclosed porch offers a relaxing area out of the sun. a beautiful bar with drysink for ice is available for your use, along with a small bar fridge. The ceiling fan keeps the space comfortable from the late afternoon sun. Several beach chairs are provided for your use, along with 4 beach badges. Belmar requires badges for anyone over 13. These must be left in the badge basket as you leave to avoid additional charge. This property includes a driveway for off-street parking with ample space for two cars and enough room for a doordash or other delivery driver to bring you whatever you need from our local restaurants! There is a sitting area out front with two adirondack chairs and a small table to enjoy an evening cocktail if you like. This home offers LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, just one block to the 10th Ave beach with its gorgeous sunrises and the lifeguard pavilion. Belmar's 1.3 mile boardwalk offers a scenic route for a morning or evening walk with the family. You'll surely build wonderful memories with a vacation at Dolphin Cove Belmar.

Fun time at the beach

My family and I had a great time staying at the Dolphin Cove beach house. It was only a block from the beach and the beach playground for the little ones. I would definitely recommend vacationing there!

Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. The beach is beautiful and wasn’t too crowded. We could drive to outlets for shopping and more traditional boardwalks with games and rides.

Great Beach House

Adorable little house and the owner was great with communication when something needed fixed on day of our checkin. Listed doesn’t mention but there is a little porch like area in the front with a couch and it was awesome! Great place to keep kid toys and beach supplies to not track sand inside. House was very clean and an easy walk to beach. Loved our stay!

Beautiful house in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful time staying at Wendy’s house in Belmar! The house was clean and beautiful, and it had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels, and there was enough space for everyone. We were impressed by the bidets in both bathrooms. And we enjoyed perusing all of the books in the library. The location could not be beat - it was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, even with 2 small kids.

Great place and the location was fabulous. We appreciated the three beach badges were great!

we had a wonderful stay. The attention to detail was perfect and there were plenty of supplies left for us. The three beach badges that were there were a great way to spend a few days on the beach without having to pay additional funds. The carpets in the guest bedrooms can use some updating but we were fine with it since we didn't use them. Everything was wonderful but definitely recommend this place.

House by the beach.

It literally was a block from the beach, a 3-4 minute walk. House was spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, and well-supplied with everything from kitchen utensils to games and toys for kids and adults. Only negatives: No patio for sitting/eating outside; sticky bathroom door that was hard to close; a need for a nightlight in the main bedroom, and maybe elsewhere.

Everything about our stay at the Dolphin Cove was great. We loved it so much last year that we came back for another week. It’s spacious, very comfortable and sparkling clean. There were 6 of us and it never felt crowded. The common areas on the first floor were perfect - large comfortable living room, dining area with a big table, and sunny three-season wrap-around porch with a comfy couch. We ate in for most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Appliances all worked perfectly. Communication with Wendy was easy and she was very responsive. We even had a few special requests and she was very accommodating. Overall great place and we highly recommend!

This place is great!

Everything about our stay at Dolphin Cove was great. The house was sparkling clean. The living room was spacious and comfortable with lots of seating. We especially loved the closed-in front porch and Adirondack chairs out front as additional spaces to hang out. We used the kitchen for almost every meal and it was well-equipped. The washer / dryer was very convenient on the main floor. It was a short walk to a quiet beach, and the beach chairs were a big plus. Wendy was great with communication and responded to any questions very quickly. We highly recommend Dolphin Cove!

I'm a Jersey Girl through and through and have always been in love with the beach. I bought this house when I got my first career job and lived here for over 20 years. I've hosted many parties here over the years, and now enjoy making this place available for your family to enjoy for a few days or a week.

Why they chose this property

Belmar has wonderful things to offer besides the beach, although that is certainly the star! There are playgrounds for littles on the beach and on 8th ave by the lake, there is a skateboard park and basketball court on 16th by the railroad tracks and there is a marina with fishing and crabbing for older kids. Go Play Arcade has old school and newer games available for the kids as well. A mini-golf course is down by the marina for the whole family to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

This house is a home - one I am happy to share with you for your beach vacation. There are several murals throughout the house - each one reflecting part of my heritage and interests. I hope you enjoy your beach vacation here.
