This home also features a second living area downstairs, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. This level includes an additional cozy bedroom space, a private bathroom and a separate entrance for added privacy and flexibility for your family.

Home is also located within walking distance to the Marina where you can enjoy gorgeous lake views! Spend the afternoon at provided picnic tables, small BBQ grill and grassy areas. Ample parking as well if you chose to take the one minute drive to this serene spot.
Things to do outside The Hideout
Two restaurants outside of the Hideout Main gate, both offer indoor and outdoor seating and have live music on the weekends. Claws and Paws animal park, Axe-throwing, Ritters Winery and Cidery, Black and Brass coffee shop, farmers markets and more! The House
Lower floor: family room with gas stove, large Smart TV, washer and dryer, bedroom, bathroom, pullout sleep sofa, oversize chair and ottoman...all furniture is new. Main floor: Living room, Smart TV, reclining couch and reclining chair, air conditioning, eat-in kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, kitchen table seating up to 8, countertop digital air fryer oven. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking, eating utensils and place settings. All furniture in the living room and kitchen is new.
Main Floor: Two bedrooms each with queen bed and dressers. Each room has air conditioning and an overhead fan. Bathroom. All furniture is new. Bathroom located on main floor.
Loft: 1 Bedroom with queen bed, dresser and overhead fan. Queen pullout couch in sitting area. Desk work area.
Front Deck: Picnic table and chairs. Gas grill. Back area has a pergola decorated with lights, table and chairs.
You are provided with 6 guest passes from the community for amenities. The house has Wi-Fi...login information posted on the fireplace mantle.

Please bring your own Linens (Sheets, pillowcases for beds and Towels are NOT provided. Linen package can be purchased for additional fee. Starter sets of paper goods like Napkins, Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap are provided. Please plan to bring additional supplies.
There is a Weis Supermarket 3.3 miles away in the town of Hamlin. Three Dollar General Stores located within a few miles of Hideout Main gate.
Note: We are pet friendly with regard to dogs only and will allow up to two in the home. The non-refundable pet will be $ 20 a night for one dog / $ 30 a night for two per night. At check-in Agent will review your pet situation with regard to a charge.
There will be a registration form required to be filled out at least 3 days prior to your arrival for gate access. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. There are no exceptions to this community requirement. There is a central trash facility for all owners and guests to use located within a 2 minute drive from the house. Trash is not picked up at the house and cannot be left at the house upon departure.
Please note that the community can close any amenity at their discretion, including lake usage. Homeowner is not responsible for this and will not offer any discounts or refunds for any closure, includes weather related closures.
