Enjoy small town charm, easy walking access to shops and restaurants, with on site parking, and outdoor amenities. The four bedroom home has plenty of space and southern charm with a fully loaded kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 and 1/2 updated bathrooms. The house features 8 fireplaces and original woodwork by Thomas Day. The home has been carefully restored and features historic charm and comfort.

VIR stay

Stayed here when my son raced at VIR. Loved the location to the track. The house is beautiful, beds were comfortable, and we liked staying in a part of history!

Short weekend stay

Stayed for 3 nights. Awesome old house. Has nice kitchen and up to date bathrooms. Milton is a super cute town and live band at the beer garden across the street was a highlight. Super close to VIR (less than 10 min drive). Would stay again!

This is a perfect stay if you are visiting VIR. Very convenient location, we liked being across the street from a great pizza restaurant and the Beer Garden for late night drinks! The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. I contacted the hosts on 2 separate occasions and they were very prompt in responding to my requests!

Historic property with period furnishings, and modern kitchen and baths. Wonderful, especially as our family group was exploring the town where our Dodson ancestors lived in the early 1800s.

Historic Property

Historic property that is accurately listed. Great location for those racing or attending VIR. The village of Milton's shops and the beer garden across the street were pleasant. The host was quick to respond to questions. Note - Limited amenities compared to other providers. The air conditioning in this property is exceptional! Enjoy your stay.

VIR Weekend

This was a perfect house for my teammates & myself, for a race weekend at VIR. We had access to awesome pizza across the street, at Aunt Millies. It's less than 5 minutes from the VIR paddock. We were very pleased with the house and plan on returning.

The Jones house is a great property stayed there while driving at VIR, restaurants across the street are fantastic and very close to the track 5 to 6 minutes away. Highly recommend it will stay there again!

Charming Milton

Great location in proximity to Virginia International Raceway. A couple of eateries just across the street plus a spot to grab a beer.
