Hyco Lakefront Retreat, panoramic views, hot tub

An unforgettable getaway is about connecting with friends, loved ones, and nature. Our newly listed property features open architecture and expansive views of the lake, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with outdoor serenity. Guests enjoy lakefront access, wraparound decks, sunset views, and a cozy fire pit. In January 2026, we’ll add a temporary dock to replace the one damaged in the 2025 storm, and in summer 2026, we'll add a permanent dock.

Upstairs living area is full glass views of the lake with 18 foot valuted ceilings and two private bedrooms and two full baths divided by the kitchen. The basement is set up as a TV room with full surround sound and a full bath/Jacuzzi tub. Just out the door is the outdoor hottub and outdoor shower! Beautifully landscaped, private property. Paddle boards, wood for the firepit and gas for grilling out are provided!

Guests have full access to the entire property. Note: There are stairs up to the main entrance as well as stairs on the path to the lake.

*No weddings or outside events.
* No photo shoots or business events.

Maximum capacity total of 4 adults.

Pet Free Home - No exceptions.

Cell Service/Internet
Verizon and AT&T have service in the area. I have never had any complaints from Tmobile guests. Service is ok a mile up the road but varies around the lake.

Internet wifi service is available at 300 Mbps - which works well for TV streaming, music, phone wifi, and work from home!

2 Kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards provided. Please bring life jackets.

Firewood available for outdoor firepit. Please do not leave fires unattended, and do not have one if winds are high across the lake.

* Hot tub Available during the off-season (Labor Day to Memorial Day). We will do our best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. (No refunds if hot tub is not available)

Please follow host instructions upon check in for maintaining hot tub chemicals during your stay.

Fresh sheets on all beds upon arrival, and bath towels available. (Please put all linens and towels in the laundry room at checkout.)

Please be respectful to our lake neighbors and remember that noise carries on water. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
