The Schlitz Castle is a whole building rental that sleeps 12 people across two floors with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 porches, 2 living rooms (with a 70 inch and 65 inch TV) and 2 stocked kitchens. Ideal for families, wedding parties, friend vacations, or group travel. 100+ 5 star reviews. The spaces can be separated into two with smart door locks if needed.

This Historic Joseph Schlitz Brewing Co "Tied-House" is a neighborhood icon recently renovated into a luxury rental home in the heart of Bayview south of downtown Milwaukee. Great for family stays, Summerfest, Bucks games, and Brewers baseball games. A few blocks just bars, restaurants, and popular wedding venues.

Easy and comfortable experience

Communication with host was on point and checking in was quite easy. Free parking with lots of space. Tons of room for hanging out both upstairs and downstairs. Highly recommend

Our family stayed here from Ohio to celebrate my moms 80th birthday. The place was incredible and the owner went over the top to make sure everything was perfect! I recommend this place highly!

WOW! Such a great stay!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The house was very homey and we loved piling everyone on comfy couches, floor cushions, chairs and snuggled into blankets to play charades or just talk! Even the teenagers loved it! Kyle has got an incredible touch with details that made everything just wonderful! You will not be disappointed if you stay here! Kyle did an amazing job and we will definitely stay here again!

We’ll be back!

Rented entire house to accommodate 5 co-workers and we will definitely return. Great location, quality furnishings, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well-stocked! We loved all the extras - games, variety of k cups, snacks, disposable razors and more. Location is great - easy to airport but also quick drive to downtown or to the lake.

Everything was perfect. Kyle is a gracious and thoughtful host, with all sorts of unexpected touches. Quick, complete, and professional communication. The house was perfect for 8 women celebrating a 60th birthday. Everyone wished we could stay another night!

One of the BEST experiences!

Overall, we votes as a family and this trip was one of our favorite stays! Kyle's communication from the start was on point! The Schlitz Castle is a two flat that gives everyone their own space- while also feeling like a very large single family. This home is also one of the most well appointed & generous on so many levels. My 17 yr old said this would be the house he’d stay at if there was a zombie apocalypse! No detail is left- the kitchen is fully stocked- including seasonings and the typical things you’d run out to the store for. Coffee, tea and mixers were ample! And there was a “just in case” basket of all the things travelers tend to forget. Kyle left us a welcome basket of snacks and goodies- simply thoughtful and such wonderful treatment.The Schlitz Castle made sure to make everyone feel as if we were truly at home away from home!

A great place for family

There were 12 of us, all ages, here for 4 nights. The area is walking distance to a park and easy access to anywhere in Milwaukee. Kyle was very helpful and responsive. A terrific host. There was an amazing amount of food, wine, and personal care items available for use. I did not read the description carefully enough to realize that 2 beds were on the couches. Also, there is an extra host fee for more than 8 people even though it sleeps 12. All in all, there are few places like this in Milwaukee and I would highly recommend it. Thank you, Kyle

Great Visit

This was a great rental unit. There was plenty of room to spread out, with 2 separate kitchens and 2 separate family rooms. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone enjoyed the place. We will definitely rent this again the next time we're looking for a place near Milwaukee.

Excellent Spot for Families

We had such a nice stay at Schlitz Castle during our time in Milwaukee for the USA Nationals Triathlon! The house was stocked with everything we needed, including a high chair and pack n play for our 1 year old. Kyle was a pleasure to communicate with and I appreciated his quick responses. Would definitely recommend this spot!
