Welcome to our stunning 5 beds, 4 baths with Private Heated Pool and Spa, our single home with all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a memorable vacation in Orlando.

Located in Kissimmee, only 10 miles (16 km) from Disney parks, and with easy access to all of Orlando's main destinations.

At the luxurious Windsor Island Resort, you will have full access to the amenities of the clubhouse.

This home is the perfect spot to relax or extend your fun after a full-day theme park visit, golfing, or shopping trip. Just kick back and enjoy your private oasis.

The open floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.

You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional service).

All 5 bedrooms feature Smart TVs and have the following bed configuration:

1st Floor:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen size bed

2nd Floor:
Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed (private bathroom and walk-in closet)
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin size beds (private bathroom)
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen size bed
Bedroom 5: 1 Twin size bed + 1 Full-size bed

The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV (All bedrooms and rooms have Smart TVs). There is a laundry room, washer, and dryer. A pack-and-play and a high chair can be provided for babies upon request (Please inquire at least 24 hours prior). In front of the property is a driveway for parking inside the gated community.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

Property Security Notice

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
