I set this up for a weekend with my brothers and their boys as well as my cousin and his son to celebrate 3 of our 4 retirements and follow the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.The property was beautiful and clean with enough room for all of us. The Howells were awesome to work with and we couldn't have been happier with our experience.It was close to NuLu and lots of shopping and restaurants. We did the Louisville Slugger factory tour and sampled many of the various restaurants and bars in the area.A very time was had by all.
Great location, lots of space for our 3 families with teenage children. Have 2 fill kitchens was great

What a great house for what we needed. The house everything we needed, with all accessories.The bedrooms were exactly as advertised and were very comfortable.The neighbourhood was excellent, one small thing was we were close to a train track.I would book this house again!
House was super clean and well maintained. Just a couple blocks from great restaurants and clubs. Only down side of the neighborhood was the semi traffic and smell associated with the packing plant.Inside, everything was great!!

This place was perfect for our group of friends for a weekend stay in Louisville. Everyone had plenty of space and we were located in a great area with easy access to many fun areas of the city. The host was very good with communication and we would all recommend this place to any large groups coming through.

Fabulous location and house!!! Great for families! I grew up in Louisville and came back for a family party. NULU and Riverfront has grown up so much!!! So great to see all the new restaurants, shops and establishments. Also, very close to Four Bridges, which is great for a morning run!!! Lastly, the house and host was fabulous! Very clean and perfect for large groups. Includes a nice patio to grill.

The property was clean and inviting. Located not to far from Whiskey Row and about 15 minutes by car to Bellarmine University. The host communicated details for check-in and check-out. Perfect spot for our family gathering. I would stay here again.
The property was great. It was very clean, modern and in a great location. It was close to restaurants and other fun places. The property manager was great with communication and very accommodating. They made sure we didn’t need anything and had clear instructions.

Great place to stay. Many great restaurants/breweries/bars within walking distance. Downtown is a very short ride away. Eight of us stayed here and we had plenty of room. The house is well maintained. The host is very responsive and communicates well. I highly recommend this place.A side note: There is a meat packing plant down the street and if the wind is right and it can be smelly outside when you walk out. Inside the house, there is no bad smells.

The art all over this property was beautiful.
The beds were super comfy and lots of room in the bedrooms. Loved having all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean space. They supplied k-cups. Just a great overall experience.
The Nulu house was awesome, from the art greco design to the comfiness of the beds. The home was perfect for my bachelor party of 12 guys as we each had a bed and our own spaces. The Grill and couches may need upgraded but other than that the place was perfect. Appreciate the owners for being responsive and attentive! Would stay again.

We stayed at the house for a bachelor party for my cousin and it was everything we could have hoped for. The house had plenty of room and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The owner and property manager we both incredibly responsive and fast whenever we had a question and the location of the house was great! Very close walk to bars and restaurants and super close to Copper & Kings. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay again!

Really nice place! We rented the entire property as we originally had about 10 folks going. Only 6 ended up going so plenty of space to spread out. There’s a couple of bars close by, and a restaurant right behind the place. Walked to butcher town a lot and if needed to go farther it was easy to catch a Lyft.

Our group of 10 chose Louisville as the spot to host our annual pickleball and biking weekend, and we booked this Butchertown location as our home base with its access to the riverfront's biking trail and walkable restaurants. It was a good choice for us. Walk 3 blocks east and there’s a church festival, 3 blocks west and there’s a distillery or brewery and a little farther to an art fair — obviously it was a good time to be in Butchertown. We also walked to the Nulu area for more fun restaurant choices. The unfortunate aspect of our walks was the stench from the nearby meat-packing plant, which made it too unpleasant to sit outside on the house’s patio.
Indoor accommodations were all recently remodeled, clean and nicely appointed. Towels, linens and beds were great. Some other furniture in the place (couches) was rather low quality and uncomfortable.
If the odor wasn’t an issue, we’d have been more generous with our rating because it really is a nice place!

I have worked with KW Commercial Real Estate with Geoff Wilkinson and found my passion for green energy in the economy.
