Close to Campus

Nice place with two bathrooms close to campus. There was a roof leak which dripped down from the ceiling the first night and woke me up. It was probably one-off and the homeowner said he contacted a roofer right away for repairs. One potential improvement would be providing two keys instead of one. That would have helped given we had a (small) group.

Great home for an ND game weekend! The house was exactly as described, clean, and close to campus! Our group of 6 adults and a toddler had a great stay here
