Brand new build, Enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a small bunk room with a set of twin beds, loft has a sleeper sofa plus 2 rollaways…guests will find the sleeping arrangements to be phenomenal. The 2 1/2bathrooms and well equipped kitchen comes with all you need. In addition, 2 living areas allow plenty of space to stretch out. Experience the magic of Notre Dame, Eddy street and all that South Bend has to offer. Entertaining outdoor space with dining, fire pit and room to play. Less than a half mile walk to campus. Message me for details or to see finishes. We are ND parents who are building to have a new home to stay in when we visit.

Absolutely perfect home! Everything is clean and new. Will be staying here again and again and again. The house is so close to campus and Gena is so responsive and helpful!

WOW! This house was so amazing, clean and SO close to campus and eddy street. We had a blast hanging in the yard next to the fire pit. Will most certainly be staying here again.

home was PERFECT! spotless, brand new, and perfectly decorated! backyard was lovely as well. they had absolutely everything we needed and fit our large group perfectly. it is so so close to campus and perfect for a game weekend. absolutely will be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay, while getting three students settled on campus. House was immaculate and well stocked with everything needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was set up to be cooked in for aspiring chefs, with the necessary staples to start your meal prep and mornings off right. Owners were exceptionally helpful and very responsive to assure everything was perfect for our stay. Would return in a heart beat!

Our family of four adults had the most delightful stay at this gorgeous, updated and incredibly comfortable home. Surrounded by open green lawn with a cozy backyard fire pit, the property immediately feels like a welcoming retreat. Upon walking in the door, you enter an inviting, beautiful, and comfortable great room and kitchen which will become your favorite hang space for downtime with friends and family. The kitchen is an absolute dream—thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms are brand new and feel spa-like, complete with plush towels and upscale toiletries.The bedrooms are a welcome respite with luxury linens, pillows and incredibly cozy beds. We all had plenty of space and slept very peacefully. What truly elevates this property, however, is the host. Communicating with Gena was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She is warm, responsive, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality shine through in every aspect of the home. I think she’s found her calling! I am highly selective and a thorough researcher when booking a rental home. This is one of the finest rental homes we’ve ever experienced. If debating, trust me, you’ve found something truly special. The home is even more beautiful than the photos; every expectation was exceeded. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already looking forward to a return visit.Thank you, Gena!

We loved that this rental reminded us of the early days of VRBO homes. Hosts provided so many of the little extras appreciated while traveling - Kleenex, ziplock bags, laundry and dish soap, nice soft TP and plenty of it! The home was well stocked with serving and dish ware. We really appreciated the comfy cozy mattresses and bedding. Everything was sparkling clean and spotless. Mostly the hosts were incredibly kind to accommodate our request for a late checkout so we could host a birthday brunch for our ND student and her hall mates. Home was flawless and hosts were among the most attentive and caring down to every detail!
