The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We spent six years masterfully restoring this 1914 Sears kit home and included every luxury we could think of, there is plenty of outdoor space, a grill and we are right on the walking trail that takes you to Saint Mary’s and Notre Dame. Inside you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a laundry room.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was very nice, beautifully restored 1914 house! It was near Notre Dame and St. Mary’s College, and convenient to get to those places for parking at Saint Mary’s and the football game at Notre Dame! There was plenty of room for my group and it was very comfortable! I especially like the cornhole game!

Honestly- the ultimate stay. This home is a HOME - cleaner / nicer than any 5 Star hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer- hosts were AMAZING, incredibly comfortable beds, baths and kitchen were immaculate as was rest of house- just all around fantastic stay!!!
