A clean, spacious apartment, located in a neighborhood offering all the commodities: several mini-supermarkets, cute bars, various restaurants and take-out options. A 15-min walk from Montmartre, a 10-min walk from Puces de Clignancourt. Easy check-in/check-out. Very satisfied!

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung und dafür war sie auch perfekt ausgelegt. Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Lage und man hat ungefähr 5 min zur Metrostation gebraucht. Die Abholung des Schlüssels war gut erklärt und leicht zu finden. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (sehr viele Handtücher) bis auf das Geschirr, da es nur 2 Gabeln gab. Des Weiteren wäre es hilfreich gewesen, wenn ein paar Haken für seine Sachen an der Wand wären. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem Preisleistungsverhältnis.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une rue avec tous les commerces alimentaires. Il donne côté cour, donc pas bruyant. Appartement très propre et déco soignée. Linge fourni en très bon état également. Nous étions 4. Je dirais qu'il est plutôt adapté pour 3 personnes. Le canapé convertible n'est pas très large pour 2 ou alors pour 2 petits gabarits. Attention dans la cuisine, pas de micro-ondes ni four.Il manque de la vaisselle (notamment fourchettes et cuillères à café). Accès facile et rapide en métro pour visiter Paris. Tour Eiffel à 30 min en vélib.Place de parking souvent disponible dans la rue mais 5 l'heure.

L’appartement est très bien situé, dans une rue agréable à Paris. Les fenêtres donnent sur la cour, ce qui permet de bien dormir. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.En revanche, quelques améliorations rendraient le séjour plus agréable. La cuisine manque d’items de base pour être fonctionnelle, même pour un court séjour : il n’y avait pas de planche à découper, pas de torchon ni de linge à vaisselle, seulement deux fourchettes alors que la réservation était pour 3 personnes.Le code de l’entrée principale ne fonctionnait pas. Le badge permet d’entrer, mais disposer du code ou du nom associé à l’appartement serait très pratique, pour éviter qu’une personne doive redescendre ouvrir la porte à chaque sortie.La récupération des clés dans une boîte située à 300 mètres de l’appartement est également peu pratique lorsqu’on arrive avec des bagages.Enfin, un point qui nous a particulièrement surpris concerne une demande: cinq jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons demandé s’il était possible de mettre un ventilateur à disposition, en précisant que nous voyagions avec un jeune enfant. La réponse a été qu’aucun ventilateur n’était disponible. À notre arrivée, nous avons pourtant constaté que plusieurs ventilateurs étaient en vente juste en bas de l’immeuble. Ça a laissé une impression de manque d’hospitalité et de réactivité , et de gestion impersonnelle. Une meilleure prise en charge de demandes simples serait certainement bénéfique pour les prochains voyageurs.
