We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, especially if you're looking for a peaceful location away from the busy city center.The house is located high in the hills above Nice, so having a car is recommended. A bakery, small grocery store, pharmacy, and a small pizza take-away spot are literally across the street, which is incredibly convenient. There is also a bus stop right outside the house. You can take the bus to the beach, but getting to central Nice requires changing buses.The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the pool area is fantastic with comfortable sun loungers.The three upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning, which made sleeping very comfortable. However, there is no air conditioning on the ground floor, including the downstairs bedroom, which can become quite warm.One important thing future guests should know is that there is a resident cat at the property. The cat requires very little attention, but guests with cat allergies should be aware before booking.Overall, this is a lovely property with great amenities in a quiet location. With air conditioning throughout the entire house, it would easily deserve five stars.
