Important Information:
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests, including infants under 2 years old.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable $300 security deposit is required when booking.
House Rules: All guests must read and agree to the house rules and liability waiver included in the booking process.

Unlike other rental communities, the ambiance feels like home when you step on the resort grounds. There are many rental communities in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, but after visiting many of them, we realized none feels right except for Terra Verde! This townhome has been lovingly updated to allow all guests to relax, feel at home, and have all the resort amenities. The private patio, washer/dryer, and tasteful decor make this property the one you will want to come to again and again.
