Just a few steps to the World Famous Eagle Beach in this condo with breathtaking sunset views located in the Boca Catalina building on the 2nd floor overlooking the pools and gardens. The Amazing Two-bedroom condo is recently refreshed with new decorations and furniture to complete your Aruba vacation.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, two chairs, and a large TV. The dining area is equipped with a 6-seat glass dining table. Extensive meals can be prepared in the open fully equipped kitchen with 4-bar stools. Right of the living area, there is a balcony with a 4-seat table and a BBQ-grill, perfect for a casual cookout while enjoying the stunning ocean views and the sunset.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, built-in closet and it boasts its own balcony with the same stunning ocean views. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a bunk bed of which the bottom one is a double-size bed and the top a single-size bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a third bathroom with a shower located in the corridor. The laundry facility (washer and dryer) is also located in the corridor.

This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. Free wireless internet, cable TV, three flatscreen TV's (in the living room and each bedroom) are all provided for your comfort.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The condo was clean and spacious, and it was wonderful having 3 full bathrooms to make showering after the beach for the whole family much more efficient. There are nice views of the pools and ocean from the balconies. The washer/dryer work well, which was very useful! Would definitely recommend!

We had the perfect view of pools and beach. The residence was welcoming and plenty of room for my family of 7. Pools were convenient and walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. Questions were answered promptly by the management. Very happy!

We just returned from our trip and couldn’t wait to give our positive feedback with this property! The check in was absolutely seamless, the entire condo was impeccably clean and IMO, it’s the best place to stay in Aruba! You cannot beat this location: gated community to give the extra security when traveling with young children. We were comfortable enough to let them go swim or roam the grounds without worry. Security was always visible, we were literally steps from the pool and the beach. A 5 minute drive to Super Foods and less than 10 minute drive to Palm Beach for all the restaurants and action! We discovered a delightful restaurant called Marea less than a minute walk next door in Joia resort. Absolutely recommend the food! This was our second time staying in Oceania Residences and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Needless to say, writing about our experience is giving post vacation blues. Cannot wait to return next year!!!

What a fabulous vacation we had at this beautiful condo. We are a family of 4 with two teen daughters age 17 & 19 and it could not have been more comfortable for our needs. Our host was so responsive with any questions we had prior to arrival. We had all required information ahead of time for a seamless check-in. Once we arrived we found a beautiful, clean, spacious condo with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. And having 3 full baths was a true luxury with green girls who take forever! The condo also came with comfortable beach chairs and a cooler which was lovely to bring to the beach or when traveling around the island. The grounds were well maintained and there were 3 enormous pools which were never crowded and plenty of lounges. Eagle Beach was just spectacular and was a 2 minute walk across the street although we could enjoy the view from the deck. There were a few extra windy days where the sand was blowing and we were grateful to have the pool to return to. We will miss having coffee on the balcony and especially watching the spectacular sunsets. The Super Food grocery store was terrific and so well stocked and was an easy drive around the corner. Cannot WAIT to return! Thank you for having us it was perfect in every way.

Excellent condo right by Eagle Beach

Clean and well-appointed condo on second floor, facing pools and ocean sunsets. 2 BR, 3 Bath unit was a great place to stay and the communication before and during our stay was excellent. Well placed between Oranjestad and the high-rise hotels to the north. LOVED it.

The property is as beautiful as the pictures. There is lots of room and lots of extras. The kitchen is very well equipped. The patios are relaxing. Beds comfortable. Getting into the apartment was easy and it’s a stones throw from the ocean. Highly recommend

For our first trip to Aruba, we chose to stay at Oceania Residences in Eagle Beach. So happy we did! Our condo was well-appointed and had beautiful views of the beach and the pool area. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. The Vacation Aruba Team made sure a crib was waiting for our 1-year old granddaughter (much appreciated)! The grounds were excellent - pool areas were not busy most of the time and we enjoyed them almost as much as the beach. Beach access is very easy - through one of two gates and just across the road. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler were available in our unit and if you're up early enough, you can get a palapa first-come, first-serve on the beach. Only issues: we had trouble with the central oven rack which kept falling down inside (not the correct one for that oven), but the team sent someone quickly to repair it. Also, when we arrived at the assigned parking spot for our condo, the owner's vehicle was parked there with a car cover on it. Fortunately, there were adequate visitor parking spots and we were always able to find one. If you're looking for a place that's quieter than the resorts and right on Eagle Beach, with easy access to everything, this is the spot for you!

Amazing Condo on beautiful Eagle Beach

Our family of 4 (16 year old and 12 year old) spent an amazing week in this lovely condo. It was spacious, clean, quiet and nicely decorated which made for a relaxing week. The pictures are exactly what we saw when we arrived. The member of the Vacation Aruba Team was very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating and made everything about our stay here easy. The location was perfect, right across from Eagle Beach, as well as walking distance to restaurants. We loved our time in Aruba and if we return we would be sure to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Hosting Katie and their family was a delightful experience. They were thoughtful and considerate guests, treating our Vacation Aruba property as if it were their own. The children were well-behaved and enjoyed the amenities, while Katie made sure to communicate any needs promptly. We highly recommend Katie to other hosts looking for respectful and kind guests.

Great Location

The condo is steps away from Eagle Beach. We found the condo clean with plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. We were able to grill on the balcony. The pools were cleaned every day. My only complaint is the lounge chairs weren’t cleaned as often. Convenient location to walk to restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Communication through VRBO was easy for any questions we had.

GREAT CONDO- GREAT LOCATION

STAY AT THIS CONDO WAS VERY NICE. GREAT LOCATION ACROSS FROM EAGLE BEACH. BEAUTIFUL POOLS, COMFORTABLE CONDO WITH FULL KITCHEN, EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE STAY INCLUDING BEACH TOWELS, BEACH CHAIRS, POOL FLOATS, SAND TOYS ETC. GREAT VIEW OF THE BEACH AND POOL AREAS.ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT CHECK OUT IS 11AM AND CLEANING CREW WALKED IN CONDO AT 10AM WITHOUT KNOCKING TELLING US THEY NEEDED TO CLEAN FOR NEXT VISITORS STAY.

We had the pleasure of hosting Rebecca. She was a wonderful guest at our condo, and it was an absolute delight! They truly appreciated the fantastic location right across from Eagle Beach. They made the most of our beautiful pools and the comfortable, well-equipped condo, complete with a full kitchen and all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. They enjoyed using the beach towels, chairs, pool floats, and sand toys, and took in the amazing views of the beach and pool areas. Their respect for our property and thoughtful communication were much appreciated. Despite a minor inconvenience with the cleaning crew arriving early, they handled it graciously. We highly recommend these guests to any host and would love to welcome them back anytime!
