The Back 40, Mulligan, Rago, and Blowing Springs Greenway intersect in the backyard of this cozy townhouse. It is nestled behind the #2 tee of Brittany Golf Course. Enjoy your morning coffee before you begin your adventure or relax with a nightcap on the large deck. This spot is perfect for mountain bikers, golfers, a girls’ getaway, or a relaxing weekend away. This is where memories are made. Come to our quaint little place to experience Northwest Arkansas!

Labor Day get away

Our family enjoyed our time in Bella Vista. The property backs up to the greenway which provides great access to the back 40 and blowing springs trails. The back patio was a great place to relax after a day of activity. We recommend!
