Beautiful and comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bath with lake views from indoor and outdoor decks. Perfect!!! Close to everything, including Bella Vista Country Club for great food and golf.

Hands down one the best locations for our trip to bentonville. 15-20 from downtown bentonville. House was incredible clean and comfortable for our family.The property is located walking distance from Tanyard Creek Falls! Also a great coffee trailer 2 minutes from the house. The house is nestled in tall tree landscape and a private community. Make sure to use the hot tub and enjoy star gazing.

The house was exactly as advertised and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. I do wish we would’ve known ahead of time that the garage wasn’t usable, but the hosts were great about letting us store our bikes in the basement, which worked out fine. The home doesn’t have a gas grill, so we planned accordingly and used the charcoal grill — though having grill tools and a cleaner grill area would’ve made cooking outside a bit easier.Suzeann was very responsive and genuinely cared about our stay, which we appreciated. A few minor improvements—like giving the exterior a good cleaning and fixing the sliding glass door—would easily bump this to a 10‑star stay. Overall, a comfortable home and a helpful host.

We would definitely book again, the house was perfect and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and sitting at the window seat early morning. The host was always available to answer questions and give any recommendations. We walked the Tanyard Creek falls trail and got some coffee and saw the beautiful chapel.
