Get away from the hustle and enjoy waterfront living at our private community, nestled in Lake Conroe's "hot spot" and ONLY walkable Marina and shopping center. Come “Rejuvenate” at Shoreline Condominiums in your furnished MID-TERM RENTAL. This condo offers a seamless flow from the living space to the private 200 sf balcony with glass railings and large windows, creating a fusion between indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.
You will enjoy the resort-level amenities such as gated entry, EV charging, two stunning pools, hot tub, grills, firepits, lush landscaping, and starter toiletries. The resort amenities will not only give you that wow factor but give you that high-end pampering you deserve after a long workday.
The space is located on the top floor of a mid-rise luxury condominium with a unique style that reflects a mixture of coastal, boho, and mid-century modern design. Two elevators are provided to help access the 4th floor without the hassle of stairs. Available parking includes two unmarked spaces (1 covered/1 uncovered) on first come first serve basis.
The master bedroom has one king bed, Tuft and Needle mattress, large walk-in closet and upscale private bathroom suite. The guest bedroom has one queen bed, Tuft and Needle mattress, a dedicated workspace, and extra monitor with HDMI cable.
Each of the rooms are equipped with 43 inch Roku TVs with access to your favorite entertainment apps. The living room has sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress), electric fireplace, and a 55 inch Samsung TV with access to your favorite apps as well. We invested in a mesh wifi system to provide our guests with a premium fiber internet connection. Typical speed tests show OVER 300 Mbps and 90 Mbps for download and upload speeds, respectively.
We have a stacked washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. We provide a toaster and Ninja premium blender in the kitchen as well. Propane/EGG charcoal grills are located in the pool area to use during your stay.
Lakeside living includes sharing the outdoors with its wildlife. That includes lake BUGS, turtles, birds, and other reptiles. Since our patio is open, we do get lake BUGS that enjoy our patio as well. Take a look at our house manual as there is a section on these little harmless guys.
