The balcony over the water was awsome,my girlfrien and I had a great time catching fish, and watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee.

We had a great time. The balcony over the water was so peaceful, we spent a lot of time just sitting and enjoying it. It was also fun catching fish from the balcony

The place was very dirty overall. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and mold. Many of the cabinets did not close properly. The toilet bowl was very dirty and getting into the Jacuzzi style bathtub was very difficult and slippery. There was no grab bar very dangerous in my opinion. There was no dish soap left for the dishes. I had to go purchase that after the fact.

First, let me start by saying that Janet is a fantastic host—super responsive, welcoming, and genuinely kind!We booked this condo for a quick getaway from Dallas, and it was exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy, no-fuss escape, this place is perfect. It’s not about luxury or over-the-top amenities—it’s about comfort, simplicity, and a relaxing vibe.One of our favorite parts was the balcony right over the water. Being able to sit outside, enjoy the view, watch the ducks, and even fish if we wanted to was such a nice touch. The area itself was quiet and calm, which made it easy to truly unwind.We also loved how convenient things were (pool, laundry etc)—we ordered food from Waves, took a short walk to pick it up, and it was really good.Overall, this was a super chill and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely stay at Janet’s condo again!

What a relaxing and peaceful little piece of paradise. Fishing off the balcony was so cool. My husband caught like 5 fish. We had to cut our trip a day short and we were so sad to go. This is a perfect location for a couple getaway.

Wonderful Stay

We went for a long holiday weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo. The selling point of the property is the balcony over the water, which provides an exceptional view and the opportunity to fish if you so desire. One night we even had a romantic dinner on the balcony by candlelight that was lovely. We ate several meals from the "Wave" restaurant, located a short walk away, that were delicious. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We are planning to return in the near future.

The Cove

Beautiful cozy little spot on Lake Conroe. The outdoor patio over the water was truly the best part to sit out and relax watching the sun set on the water.

View was excellent. Unit could have more silverware, dishes, etc. Pans were old and scratched. Games were incomplete. No laundry service tho it was stated in the binder. Binder needs to be updated. Had grandkids over and they enjoyed playground.

Staycation

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this property. We live only a few miles away and this place is the perfect property for a staycation. The home was nice and met all our needs. We cooked our own meals, watched tv and enjoyed the beautiful view. We will definitely be back!
