Owner has access to an additional acre of land for RV’s, horse trailers, oversized vehicles, PODS, or whatever you may need lot storage for. Pet friendly neighborhood, very quiet and safe. Just minutes from the Polo Grounds (can take a golf-cart) and downtown Wellington. Two car garage. Vaulted ceilings, beautiful views on the lake for sunset and sunrise.
