Tournament

Beautiful property! We were in town for a softball tournament and it perfectly met our sleeping and eating needs! Clean, spacious, and quiet neighborhood but close to shopping for errands! Wish our time would have allowed for us to enjoy the beautiful deck area, but we did manage a pretty fantastic photo shoot back there!

two mont stay

Nice property just was not very well maintained. The back of the back yard was mostly used for dumping junk - broken swing, torn soccer net.Two of the windows in the basement did not open because the locks were broke and the bathroom toilet kept running (we had to remove the tank cover to stop it from running). These were never fixed during the 8 weeks we were there. The inside of the stove and refridgerator were dirty. If someone was there before us, the house was not cleaned. The sliding door screen was torn. That was fixed after two weeks. There was a bug issue on the porch that took 6 weeks to take care of. Torn screen on a first floor window also took 6 weeks to fix. Landlord was not very responsive and it normally took multiple calls to get any response.

Peaceful and beautiful, perfect for groups

We had a wonderful stay! Clean, spacious, well laid out. Cooking and eating was perfect in the large kitchen, the couch was very comfortable, and all the beds were great! One of our favorite stays!

Perfect getaway!

The intent of our stay was to take our nieces from Green Bay to the American Girl doll store. We live in Michigan. The house and location was perfect. Our host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. My best VRBO experience yet! Thank you, Blaine!

Nice home conveniently located in Downers Grove. Home equipped with all the appliances we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nice deck and backyard. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!!

It was a fantastic experience renting this home for a long weekend. Everything worked in the house. There is a huge lawn and deck. The neighborhood is very peaceful. There is lots of room for kids to play with a large basement playroom with plenty of toys. We would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful house for our weekend!!!!

We had a great time in Downers Grove. The house was beautiful and our kids loved the lower level. There is plenty of space for cooking, and for multiple people to sleep comfortably. Beds are comfy and the TVs are easily accessed. We’d recommend it for sure!!!!
