Studio apartment for 4 people located on the 6th floor with elevator in a beachfront residence. Just cross the street to be on the beach. Located at 12 Promenade de la Côte Radieuse in southern Canet-Plage, this residence is secure, welcoming, and well-maintained. Breathtaking sea view!

This 31m² studio offers:

- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
