Great villa super location

Right on canal next to St. Regis in the middle of great restaurants, shopping, and sites. Super convenient to check in / check out with direct water taxi access to / from airport. Daily service with freshly baked croissants was much appreciated. Highly recommend for family looking for great villa and premium location.

Palazzo Treves Ca’Nova was an awesome “home away from home.” Vacation Perfect made check in so easy and on site representative Elvira made our arrival and departure incredibly painless. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and contained a great kitchen for my gluten free spouse (where she was able to prepare food that was delivered before our arrival). There was plenty of space to spread out over two floors and it has two wonderful terraces, with views of the grand canal and Venice’s rooftops, where we enjoyed early mornings and late nights. And the location along the grand canal and next to the St Regis Hotel made accessing the city so easy. Finally the maid service, private dock for arrival and fresh croissants in the morning made our stay really special. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Incredible! Fabulous Palazzo

Our stay at the Palazzo exceeded our expectations. The photos were beautiful, but you cannot truly appreciate how incredible the Palazzo Ca’Nova is until you arrive via Water Taxi and are greeted by Elvira, the house manager. The architecture, colors, comfortable furniture and beds are wonderful. In the morning warm croissants were left outside our door. The refrigerator is stocked with butter, jams, waters, a bottle of Bellini, bread and milk. There is a washing machine and dryer. Everything you need is in the apt. There is a terrace with plenty of seating options and lemon trees with the largest lemons I have ever seen ! Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there so we did not get to enjoy it, but I imagine it is beautiful in the nice weather. Alice, the concierge was extremely helpful in organizing dinner reservations, private museum tours ( The woman she organized with us what phenomenal just phenomenal. We learned so much in 3 hrs) water taxi reservations and any other things we needed. We had an incredible dining experience at the St. Regis which is next door. The food was absolutely Devine. The extra bonus was a 30% discount on our bill as there was an arrangement between the St Regis and the Palazzo Ca’ Nova. We will certainly return to Venice and stay at the Palazzo again. I highly recommend it.
