Summary:

Our home has the perfect balance of Stylish, Rustic/Industrial feel, combined with a magical location in the center of everything East Atlanta has to offer. We are just a short walk to MARTA train service located just 500 yds. from our front door! The home is near Historic downtown Decatur, Five Points, minutes to downtown ATL and all the attractions in the area. We have several Michelin Star award winning restaurants just a few miles from our home!



The Space:

Our BNB is located on the Left side of a duplex/townhouse. Convienently located near everything Atlanta has to offer and the MARTA rail service just a short walk from our front door to get to all of it without having to drive!



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is filled with mature trees, nice neighborhoods to walk in and very close to a MARTA train stop.



Getting Around:

MARTA (Train), UBER or LYFT driver is easily accessible from our location.

Wonderful location and owner communication

It’s in a perfect spot. Close to nice parks, restaurants and downtown. Neighborhood is historic and quiet. Would definitely stay again

Attended my daughter’s graduation at Agnes Scott College, was close to Marta and many restaurants. House was in a perfect area. It was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Great location

The house was in a safe and good location for eating close by and commuting to work. We had a couple of small issues the first day but Jason’s team quickly responded to our needs and took care of them.

Family friendly neighborhood with parks nearby

Plenty of space for our family of five (3 kids ages 5-10), and felt like a safe and well-maintained house and neighborhood. Candler Park was just 3/4 mile away (easily walkable), and connected to a really nice urban bike/walk path, which I appreciated as a runner. I felt safe running around the neighborhood as a solo female runner, and also in the park. The house was simple, and had everything we needed.

Some hiccups

The property is nice and in a conveniently located, quaint neighborhood. We had some hiccups during our stay - I was there for a working trip for almost a month so maybe things came up that wouldn't be noticed for a shorter vacation where one is out and about. There was low water pressure and a mouse in the kitchen - mouse got resolved but water in the master bath never fixed. Host was very communicative but some things could have been resolved more quickly but part of the stay was over holiday which may have complicated things. But overall, a solid property.
