CH103 is directly over the Pool. Enjoy a Full Kitchen, Living Area, and One Queen and a King Bedroom Downstairs. One King Bedroom features an outside deck overlooking the pool and Gulf. 2 Queen Beds in the upstairs Loft with a Deck overlooking the Pool and Gulf. Front Row seat for beautiful Gulf Sunrises and Sunsets. Just minutes from Matagorda Beach. Front Deck with Gulf View. Access to Laundry Room.

Absolutely no Pets. This Condo is directly over the Pool area where all guests cannot bring pets. If you bring a pet you will be asked to leave.

No Glass is allowed in the Pool/Clubhouse area. Please plan ahead when packing beverages for your stay.

Wonderful place!

This is our second year to stay at Dream Daze! My men love to fish and they had a wonderful day fishing and then grilling in the evening! Very comfortable place.

Great getaway!

Great getaway to celebrate a birthday. Everything was as described, kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals and the location was perfect for beach access. Beach was clean even for a holiday weekend, busy but not too crowded. The pool and pool area were clean and not too busy. Helen was very helpful- would stay here again in the future. 🙂

Awesome family trip!

Overall I give this condo 5 stars! We always rent one of the condos when we go to Matagorda. They are just convenient to the beach, and the grandkids love the pool. This condo had plenty of sleeping room for our family. If there was one thing I would add, it would be some potholders for the kitchen, and perhaps a plastic pitcher to mix up lemonade for the grandkids. 😊

Good Stay

As advertised. Priced appropriately. No hot water in kitchen and no water pressure in one bathroom sink…none, so could not use it. It was great though for what we wanted place for. Clean place to sleep and rest and hang out. Big fish in the pond.

Air conditioning was not sufficient. Not enough towels provided for maximum amount of guests and 3 nights stay. Location was good. Pool was nice and clean. No ice machine as advertised.

The pool was very crowded and the language at the pool not suitable for kids had to leave pool to take my grandkids up to room people were trying to fight and I did not want my kids around the atmosphere

Vacation with grandkids

The location of this condo was “right on the money” for our grandkids—so convenient being able to see the pool out the living room windows. The bedrooms were spacious for our group, and were easily kept cool with split A/C’s in the rooms. The “host” was quick to answer any questions I had.

Enjoyed our Stay

Our family had a great time. We love the location right by the pool. The host was nearby, Very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean the air conditioner worked well, kitchen had everything we needrd to prepare our meals, And the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Perfect weekend stay!

Great location that is well maintained and perfect access to the pool + not far from the beach. We loved the house and was perfect for 3 small families with infants. We will certainly be back!

Great Condo

The property was nice, clean and had plenty of room for our group of six. The pool is great, just steps from the condo. Had a relaxing weekend and will definitely be back.

Spacious but environmentally challenged

The layout and spaciousness of the unit is great. The pool and common are well kept. Going outside or getting into and out of vehicles was a nightmare with the amount of mosquitoes. There's not a lot they can do about it, they're just part of the landscape. Bug spray helps, but it's overwhelming. I used the grill one evening thinking it would deter them with the smoke but it was actually worse. The unit could use a deep clean under the kitchen sink, and the pantry had mouse droppings so we steered clear of using it or items from there.

This was our second annual trip for our DIL birthday celebration. This rental and Helen was above and beyond our expectations. We will be back next year, with our first grandchild.
