Welcome to the Beach! Our townhome is located in the gated Bahia de Matagorda community, just 7 miles from the town of Matagorda, TX. Enjoy the community pool, catch & release fishing and crabbing in the lagoon, or take a stroll over the Dunes and you’ll be on the beach!

This home is 1300 sq. ft and sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with king size bed and one with a queen size bed. The downstairs bathroom has a gorgeous walk in shower. The living area is comfortable with Dish satellite channels on a roku Hisense smart TV for streaming services. WiFi is available. The king bedroom and loft bedroom have smart TVs for use with Netflix/prime/Hulu and other streaming services. Check out the white cabinet in the living room for tons of options for family game night. Grab a book from one of the bedrooms and relax on the deck. The kitchen is well appointed with all the dishes, flatware, and cookware you will need. Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher are all available for your use. Dining area has seating for 6 and the eat-in bar accommodates 3. Upstairs you will find a loft bedroom with two twin beds and a full size bed, as well as another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Check out the amazing unobstructed ocean views from the loft balcony or the large deck. A charcoal grill is provided and may only be used on the ground level.

All renters must be at least 25 years old. No smoking or vaping in or outside the house or in any of the community areas. Coin laundry and ice machine are located on the pool island. No pets. No events.
