Waterfront home with 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Excellent location on the Colorado River. Gorgeous view from the upstairs decking looking down the Colorado River. Great place to make memories with family and friends. Easy access to East & West Matagorda Bays for fishing or toss a line in the river from the dock with fishing light. Matagorda Beach is minutes away for fun in the sun and beachcombers! Drive to town for great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Covered space downstairs to enjoy bbq grill, picnic table, and coastal breezes!

We loved our stay at Key Lime Casa. The host was one of the best at communicating and making sure our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and entertaining in the large open living and dining area. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath and bed linens. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Highly recommend!

Overall the property was well maintained. We encountered a few issues, like no extra trash bags, the air conditioning did not cool very well on the 3rd floor, and there was no shampoo in either shower. The AC issue may have been due to several power outages we had due to weather conditions.The host is great. I met him on site the day of check-in. The property was well located between the beach and town. We were able to put in our kayaks right across the road and leave the truck at the house. The lighted dock was fun as well, although the fishing could have been better, the facilities were excellent.
