Property has been completely remodeled! I've been a host since 2015. Look no further for this home with pool ready to complete your vacation. This home is a family-friendly lay out equipped with a split floor plan. That gives the bright and airy feeling you've been looking for on your stay in Florida. This spacious backyard is perfect for entertaining or lounging by the pool. The home is equipped with newly updated plank tile flooring and updated bathrooms.

Backyard is fenced in with artificial turf and pavers. Along the pool are loungers and a patio table with chairs. We also have a bbq propane grill for your use with propane included. Pool heater is also available to be added onto your reservation for $20 a night as requested. House has impact window’s and doors.

Great stay

We stayed for a long weekend before Christmas. The house served our purposes and the wonderful pool and backyard were an excellent bonus! The pictures of the premises are accurate and give you a good sense of what you are getting.

Great house and host!

Had to come to town for a test, location of the house was close to downtown and everything else we needed. Even though a cold front came through the pool was heated, so we still got to enjoy every aspect of the house. Very clean and the host was very accommodating and easy to reach!

Enjoyable Long weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was beautiful and we spent many hours relaxing in it. We enjoyed the grill and cooking out...and loved that each room had a television. As a frequent VRBO user, the only complaint was that there was no salt!! LOL, not bad if that's the only complaint. Thank you Jessica for a great weekend.

AMAZING!!! Great stay for a family

The listing of this property is 100% accurate and has many household amenities, perfect for a family. We cooked 3x per day and there was more than enough cookware, utensils, plates, etc to accommodate my family. The check-in process was simple and everything went as planned. I loved the host, as she was very communicative and responsive. Replies usually take 1-2 minutes, honestly. We grilled every night and there was more than enough propane to last a week. The grill was nice and simple to use. The pool was awesome and was an added touch to our stay. There were plenty of beach towels. I would definitely stay here again and sad that I didn’t book this property a bit longer.

The beds were nice and firm. Pillows were amazing. Master bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything spacious. I like that she had extra comforters. Cable and wifi offered. Living room,master bedroom and lounge room all had TVs with cable and smart TV. Fridge and oven were big. Kitchen stocked with Everything you need. It would be nice to have another kitchen towel. Everything was clean. Pool was clean and big. $40 a night for pool heater can be added on. Seems a bit high to me. Overall, we will definitely stay here again.
