This property was a great location. Looks just as pictured and was clean. Chip was very quick to reach out once we arrived to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. We would stay here again.

This property was an excellent location walking distance to the Atlantic Avenue!!The house was very clean and the host was amazing. I recommend this house for anybody who wants to visit Delray Beach and be close to Atlantic Avenue to go to restaurants shopping. It was perfect!!!

Everything was simple and Chip was responsive and helpful. He ensured no fragrances were on for my son with allergies which I really appreciated. Rules were fair & I was able to enjoy visiting family & have everything we needed. Floors weren’t as clean, but everything else was good. I only recommend a mattress cover on king bed. Neighborhood seemed safe. If you don’t like plastic cooking utensils, remember to bring some. Felt homey & comfortable. Grateful!

I had a great time at this property. Things I enjoyed were the cleanliness, easy check in and clear communication. Areas that concerned me were the amount of ants, lizards and water bugs (roaches) that I encountered. It wasn't horrible but it was a disturbance and worry when arriving at the property at the end of the day. I also did not have access to the master bedroom tv and the other tv remotes were either mixed up or not working.

The host was great to work with. The prior tenants took some towels, and the host replaced them within a day. The house worked perfectly for our family and was a wonderful overall experience.

Great place to stay

Stayed here with my family! Property is clean and in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Beach is a bit far to walk but we walked there most days anyway since it was nice out! The house itself is super clean and well maintained and made it easy to make breakfast and lunch each day! The restaurants near by are amazing so definitely go out to dinner!
