We started Nashville Luxury Stay to offer luxury stays for guests. As two healthcare workers, we felt it was also important to give back and we donate a part of the proceeds to a different medical charity yearly.
What makes this property unique
★ We require a security deposit hold and rental agreement to help protect our home. The hold gets released within seven days of departure and is not charged to your card.
★ We only accept bookings for those over 25.

★Private Parking:
Parking for two regular/small cars in a closed garage. Parking behind the property is limited, and we recommend ride share if possible.
★Heating/Air:
We have mini-split HVAC systems, which are separate AC/Heating units located in all the major rooms. This is controlled by a local remote and is more energy-efficient and customizable to guests throughout the property.
★Security
We have security cameras in the front and back of the property for your safety and to keep track of occupancy for fire codes. No Indoor Cameras.
