The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Having a parking space was great, but you could easily park your car and walk everywhere you needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place or stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Anchors Up #1 and the rental was very clean, well decorated and everything was relatively new. It is located on a quiet street which is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We would stay again.

Property was clean. Kitchen is tiny and any little bit of cooking set off the smoke alarm but we managed to make breakfast each morning. Great view of waterway at back of property and we even saw dolphins one day!! Great birdwatching area! Short walk to beach and liquor store and restaurants nearby.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised. Mickey reached out to us to make sure all was okay for our check-in. Process was seamless. Loved that the place was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough to not feel like you were in the middle of it all. Would definitely stay there again.

I grew up in Oklahoma(BOOMER SOONER!) and Li grew up in mainland China. We met as coworkers in Tampa in 2008 and the rest is history. We both got in to real estate in 2016 and then discovered the vacation rental industry. And we love it!

Our home base is about an hour from the beach. We enjoy our dogs, RV travel, and playing poker(Li is a semi-pro).

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We always wanted a place near the beach so we jumped on this gem when the opportunity presented itself.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Back by the water is sooo relaxing! And the location is perfect for walking everywhere on the island.
