Fully RENOVATED from top to bottom, this 400sf apartment offers a spacious WALK-IN shower, soft/comfortable bed, and full kitchen. Chill out in the COURTYARD or by the water after a day at the beach, water sporting fun, or simply exploring the island. For a clean, relaxing, and AFFORDABLE getaway, choose Anchors UP.

Anchors UP is one of a handful of remaining structures from the 1940's-50's motel BOOM days on the island. Everything on the island is within walking distance, including world class restaurants, beach shops, wine bars, beach bars and cigar bars! If needed, take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system.

We enjoyed our stay at Anchors Up #1 and the rental was very clean, well decorated and everything was relatively new. It is located on a quiet street which is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We would stay again.

The air conditioner worked fantastic. Close to nearby shops and restaurants. The dock was super nice saw dolphins and fished off the dock. The place was super nice. Lots of room.

It was very cute & cozy & was in walking distance of everything. I especially loved the mornings drinking my coffe in the very back on the dock, the view was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean. Kitchen is tiny and any little bit of cooking set off the smoke alarm but we managed to make breakfast each morning. Great view of waterway at back of property and we even saw dolphins one day!! Great birdwatching area! Short walk to beach and liquor store and restaurants nearby.

This was an absolutly wonderful place to stay! Micky was wonderful to deal with super helpful in anyway you needed! The house Was within walking distince to everything we wanted to do! Everything in the house worked perfect and the outdoor patio is amazing to sit out on and drink your coffee in the morning, even got to see a few dolphins swimming by the dock! Would highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised. Mickey reached out to us to make sure all was okay for our check-in. Process was seamless. Loved that the place was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough to not feel like you were in the middle of it all. Would definitely stay there again.

So many great things about this place! The ease of booking..checking in..communication with the host. It was clean and well maintained..walking distance to beach and other amenities. It is on a quiet street..easy access to the apartment.. parking. We loved everything about it. There were 3 adults and 1 young teen, it was a little crowded but we mostly slept there. One tiny issue and it wasn’t with the apartment..there was an outside motor, I assume, running 24 hours a day. By day 6 we were over the sound at night, only the bedroom occupants could hear it but the ones sleeping on the pull out sofa couldn’t hear it.

I grew up in Oklahoma(BOOMER SOONER!) and Li grew up in mainland China. We met as coworkers in Tampa in 2008 and the rest is history. We both got in to real estate in 2016 and then discovered the vacation rental industry. And we love it!

Our home base is about an hour from the beach. We enjoy our dogs, RV travel, and playing poker(Li is a semi-pro).
