Such a wonderful overall experience! The house Is amazing. So spacious! Super comfortable beds. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The pool and hot tub are fabulous! Everyone involved with the house is wonderful. Such a kind housekeeper! Wonderful host with amazing communication. Overall loved everything about our experience and can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time at Casa de Campo and loved staying in this villa. It was peaceful and spacious. The staff were so kind. Moses was a great host, very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

The house is so beautiful, very relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is big and the master bedroom is humongous. The housekeeper she is so great and very nice. The only bad thing is the preasure of water is so weak. If you want to take a shower in the morning is not gonna happen because no water coming out even in the faucet. Other than that. Im definitely staying in this house again. We super love it. We had so much fun.

The communication with the host, Moises was excellent. The customer service overall of everyone involved including the housekeeper, Sandra was great. Sandra made it her business to make us feel comfortable and rested as she insisted in washing the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen daily. The jacuzzi early morning and late nights was absolutely amazing and warm until later in the day when the sun came out and the pool was incredible. The rooms, the beds, the pillows, the warm showers, the number of towels, and the cleaning of the rooms each morning was spectacular. The villa was absolutely stunning, enormous and the decorations were perfect. I was impressed with the water coolers readily available and convenient with filtered, drinkable water. The fact that there were 2 refrigerators was marvelous. The backyard was huge and breathtaking with all the birds singing and the greenery. I can’t wait to go back, if you want the perfect family or friends vacation, this is the PERFECT PLACE!

The day before my arrival the host apologized and said we had to switch to an inferior villa without a jacuzzi. He said there was a pool leak. The pool was not usable until the the 3rd day of the trip and the jacuzzi heater only worked 3 days and needed service. The kitchen had dirty dishes in the sink from the housekeeper and the dishwasher was out of commission. There were no instructions on how to use the jacuzzi nor was there hot water at the kitchen sink. When my friends arrived the 2nd day they were sent to the wrong house by the registration desk. The pots and pans were ancient and some of the cabinet doors would not stay closed.
