This condo (unit 2106 - ground floor) has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: a charming one bedroom, one bath with a bonus sleeper sofa; fully furnished unit that features a large bedroom, kitchen, and living area, with private porch and balcony, wifi and cable provided with flat screen TVs in both living and bedroom.

400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Photos are representative of the unit - all units are furnished and decorated the same.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Enjoyed this stay very much. The wall are thin and the people upstairs sounded like elephants at times, but the unit is very nice, just around the corner from pier village.

Loved the condo, loved the location where you could walk into town. Only disappointment was we were told we could grill by the pool. We had the weather to grill but equipment there was not good, disappointing.

Great Stay!

Exactly what I was looking for. Great location and beautiful condo! Had everything I needed. I did have to remove the plastic matress cover because it kept bunching up, creating hard wrinkles. But other than that the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for the added amenities of tp, paper towels, soap, shampoo, dishwasher liquid...was greatly appreciated. Would love to book this condo on a regular basis.
